Job Description

  • Set up business portfolio and strategy for acquiring, retaining and up/cross selling.
  • Identify potential new customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Articulate and monitor team business plans and performance in target setting, portfolio planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Coach and support the RMs to fulfill the business targets (for Team Manager position)​.
  • Develop sales tools and incentive scheme for motivating sale force (RMs).
  • Ensure operations complied with the set standard and procedures.
  • ​Monitor and ensure credit quality in portfolio including assess and manage account risk profile.
  • Be responsible for RMs' competencies and career development.
  • Approve business transaction within delegated level of authority (DLA).
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or other banking-related products.
  • At least 5 years for Corporate RM and 10 years for Team Manager – solid experiences in sales and relationship management in banking industry with Large Corporate customer portfolio.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership, networking, and negotiation skill.
