C​hannel Management & Fulfillment - Internet/ Mobile Banking

Job Description

  • Monitor all transaction sent via Internet Banking and co-ordinate with HQ Team/KBTG/any related parties for related issues.
  • Able to teach the customer and bank Staff about how to use internet banking (Training).
  • Able to communicate or solve problem with the customer or related parties.
  • Able to review Vietnamese language and Able to translate Vietnamese language to English (UX/UX screen and related documents).
  • Test and support UAT/PVT activities for internet banking project or related systems​.

Qualification

  • Have experience at least 1 yr. in corporate banking (internet/mobile banking).
  • Vietnam & English language (Thai is a plus).
  • Able to use & learn new computer software (e.g., Use Internet Banking application to register/modify/del Internet banking profile).
  • Understand basic transfer structure in VN such as NAPAS, CITAD, VCB.
  • Understand Cash Management Product such as Payroll, Direct Credit, Bill Payment and etc.
  • Understand Corporate Customer behavior and market​.
  • Understand some basic knowledge regulation from SBV Maker​.
