Service Management

Job Description

  • Be a focal point contact of the corporate clients to provide banking services and advice.
  • Provide support on sale management and relationship building between corporate clients and the bank, by collaborating with other departments to fulfill customer needs, especially, service related to Pre and Post Credit Approval Process.
  • Understand clients’ needs to proactively provide services and always be ready to actively respond to clients’ query and request as well as to spot the new opportunity for products cross-selling to the clients.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Corporate Service Management or Relationship Management or Product Management.
  • Experienced in working with corporate banking, especially in wholesale banking is an advantage.
  • Very good problem-solving and communication skills​.
