Merchant Sales - EDC

Job Description

  • Responsible for business target e.g., revenue, number of merchants, payment volume, etc.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective merchants.
  • Reach out to potential merchants through cold calling or on-site visiting and follow up with proposed merchants.
  • Managing key strategic merchant partnerships and relationship deepening for acquiring business to increase merchant sales volume.
  • Understand Vietnam market for acquiring business and gather merchant’s requirements to help in business improvement, system enhancement and marketing promotion.
  • Engaging in merchant business portfolio growth through partnership with enterprise teams in the development of new merchant acquisition opportunities building strategic merchant relationships with potential growth.
  • Planning and executing sales approach to acquire new merchants to meet the specified target for short and long terms.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in banking service especially in merchant sales function.
  • Experience in electronic payment business especially card and e-wallet payment.
  • Experience in using MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Effective communication both verbal and written and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude with leadership personality​.
