Collection - Calling & Field Collecting

Job Description

  • Check customer's statement, call overdue customers, inform amount past due, record information, and support customer for next process.
  • Set up professional call collection, negotiate and give advice in collection of complicated consumer credits.
  • Developing the method for collection, improve process within scope of responsibility to meet customer needs.
  • Meet with customers in both their residences and their offices.
  • Supervise operation and give advice to temporary staff on collection/recovery of consumer credits.
  • Prepare reports related to collection of consumer credits.
  • Coordinate with supervisor in setting individual performance measures to be aligned with the Department goals.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and banking, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in collection (caller, and field collector) for financial industry.
  • Effective communication both verbal and written skills​.
  • Communication level in English.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks​.
