Channel Management & Fulfillment - eKYC Support

Job Description

  • Support account opening via mobile channel by verifying the correctness.
  • Reconcile eKYC daily report and update to relevant teams.
  • Perform daily routine of customer onboard (ID Card & Face) verification.
  • Perform all kind of investigation transaction and co-ordinate with other relevant teams.

Qualification

  • Have experience at least 1 year in supporting banking channel (Mobile banking) or related system.​
  • Fresh grads are welcome*
  • Have experience in banking industry (Prefer).
  • Able to use & learn computer new software.
  • Understand the mobile banking process, products, and features.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Vietnamese nationality (Mandatory)​.
