What should I do if I forget my ATM PIN?
  • If you forget your ATM PIN, you can easily reset it through the K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking app.

    For security reasons, your debit card will be temporarily disabled after 3 incorrect PIN attempts. Please contact the K-Contact Center Vietnam (24/7) to unlock your card.
How do I report a lost, stolen, or damaged KBank Debit Card?
  • If your debit card is lost, stolen, physically damaged, destroyed, or unreadable, please take action immediately: Lock your card instantly via the K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application and contact K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028) 3821 8888 (24/7) to report the incident, especially if you notice any suspicious or unauthorized transactions. If needed, you may request a replacement card with a new card number, expiry date, and CVV code. A replacement fee may apply.
What should I do if my debit card has expired?
  • KBank debit cards are valid for 5 years from the issue month and can be used until the last day of the expiry month shown on the card. If you have not received your replacement card, please contact KBank to request a new one. An annual membership fee may apply.
Can KBank assist with disputes related to online advertising services (e.g., Facebook)?
  • KBank is unable to support disputes related to online advertising services, such as Facebook ads. If you encounter issues or complaints regarding these services, please contact the platform’s customer support directly for assistance.

    This policy follows KBank’s Terms and Conditions for use of the Debit Card for payment of goods and/or services, specifically: Clause 4: “If any goods or services purchased with a debit card are defective, damaged, or if the cardholder is dissatisfied with the services provided, the cardholder shall have no right to request KBank to be held liable and must directly seek compensation from the merchant”.

    • Inspect your card regularly : If you notice peeling, scratches, or contactless (Tap-to-Pay) not working, contact KBank immediately.

    • Be extra cautious when traveling : Take additional care when using your card in higher-risk regions such as Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
