Q: How can I activate my (physical) KBank Debit Card? For your convenience, there are 2 ways to activate your debit card:
  • Start your K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application, select "Debit Card Icon" in Banking menu, you will see "Debit Card" home menu. By selecting “KBank Debit Plus”, it will bring you to debit card activation step; or
  • Scan QR code inside the mail that is sent to you by KBank, it will bring you to debit card activation step.
Q: How can I turn to full-KYC?
  • Via KBank Branch : You can go to KBank Branch and contact staff to do Full-Kyc
  • Via Video Call : You can follow these steps
    • Book date and time you would like to do a video call with contact center by contact KASIKORNBANK Contact Center (028) 3821 8888 from 8 am to 8 pm. Everyday.
    • Once the date and time is confirmed, you will receive appointment confirmation with video call link in K PLUS application within next business day.
    • Install Ms Teams (if you not have)
    • On the appointment date, please have your ID card ready and click on the video call link. (Please make sure to download and install MS Team before appointment date).
    • The link will direct you to MS Team application.
    • KBank staff will enter the room and ask identification questions then you will be asked to present your ID card, both front and back. The staff will capture photo of your ID card for verification.
    • You will receive upgrading confirmation within next business day via email.
Q: What should I do if I forgot my ATM PIN?
  • You should reset your ATM PIN in K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application. Your debit card will be disabled after 3 fail attemps of PIN trial, for the security purpose.
    Please contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam to unlock your card.
Q: How do I report my KBank Debit Card lost or stolen?
  • When your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately lock your debit card through K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application and immediately contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam to report the lost/ stolen card. There might be fee applied for card replacement (more info at https://www.kasikornbank.com.vn/debit/fee/Pages/index.aspx)
