What can I do on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam is a mobile banking application that allows customer who owns or operates business to access banking account, check account activity, and conduct financial transaction easily and conveniently in one application. The application provides feature that can benefit you as the following:

  • 24/7 Fund transfer to other banks via NAPAS
  • Generate and scan VietQR for making and receiving payment
  • View account balance and account activity for current accounts, loans
  • View POS payment acceptance transaction
  • Others highlighted features: Auto save e-Slip, Create saved list, Request statement.
What should I do if my temporary password received in email has expired?

Temporary password for first time activation is valid for 15 days, and temporary password for password reset is valid for 7 days. Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to extend or reset temporary password if it has expired.​

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password, please contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888.

What should I do if I lost my mobile device?

If you lost your mobile device:

(1) To continue using K PLUS BIZ Vietnam, download the app on your new device. You'll be guided through the activation process, and your old device will be automatically logged out.

(2) If you don't download the app immediately, contact a branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to deactivate your account.

What should I do if I change my mobile number?

You can update your new mobile number by following these steps: Settings> Personal information> Mobile Phone Number.

My account is locked. What should I do to reopen my account?

Please contact our branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to reopen your account.

If I will no longer use K PLUS BIZ Vietnam, must I deregister my account?

Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to request to deregister K PLUZ BIZ Vietnam account. However, you can still login to KBank Connect and perform transactions if your bank account is still open.

What if I transfer to an incorret person?

Please prepare the transaction evidence e.g. Fund transfer's e-Slip and contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888.

What is the transaction fee for fund transfer and QR transfer?

What is the transaction limit for fund transfer and QR transfer?

​For transferring to other banks domestically through NAPAS, there is a limit of not exceeding 490M VND per transaction, and PIN is required as the authentication form to complete the transaction.

For daily transaction limit (including within KBank and to other banks), this can be set differently based on customer request. Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to change your transaction limit.

Can I make international and/or bulk transfer on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support international and bulk fund transfer at the moment. You can perform international and bulk transfer at branch or on KBank Connect.​

Can I top up and pay bills on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support top up and bill payment at the moment. You can perform top up and bill payment at branch or on K PLUS Vietnam application.​

Can I view account balance of savings account and foreign currency account on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

Currently K PLUS BIZ Vietnam only supports current account in VND only. Therefore, if you would like to view other types of accounts; you can view it via KBank Connect

What is “Saved Lists” in “Fund Transfer” menu?​

The “Saved Lists” is a service for customers to be able to create and save frequently use transaction to offer more convenience in making transaction next time. You can create frequently use transaction as a saved list by the following steps:​

  • Create saved list from “Fund Transfer” menu: Fund Transfer > Create Saved List
  • Create saved list from eSlip: elSip > Save List​
  • Create saved list from “History”: Fund Transfer > History > Save List​
Can I request account statement on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?​

You can request account statement on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application from previous one year and up to 6 months at a time instantly via registered email.​

How do I log in to my account if I forget my PIN?

You can click ‘Forget PIN’ button at PIN input screen to reset and change your PIN. However, if you are logged out of the application and forget your PIN, you must contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to set up a new PIN.

How can I change my PIN?

You can change your PIN on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application by following these steps:

How do I view my POS transaction on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

You can select ‘POS’ menu in home screen to view:

​1) Total today sales by merchant/store/payment types (e.g. card and QR payment)

2) Total sales and net settlement history (after MDR and VAT) from the past one year

When can I view POS total net settlement?
  • For QR payment: Total net settlement (after MDR and VAT) of POS will be displayed in POS history and deposit into your account within today
  • For Card payment: Total net settlement (after MDR and VAT) of POS will be calculated and displayed in POS history at 11:00 next day. Net settlement amount will be deposited into your account by 17:00 on next working day
Where can I apply Loan product?

Now, loan can only be applied via RM or KBank branch.

What kind of loan does KBank provide?

Now, KBank only provides terms loan and MCA.

How can I repay my loan both interest and principle?
  • For automatically repayment, loan will be repayment automatically at the end of the due date/maturity date.
  • In case customers need to repay loan before maturity date, customers can contact KBank branch to repay loan mannually.
