What should I do if I change my mobile number?
You can update your new mobile number by following these steps: Settings> Personal information> Mobile Phone Number.

If I will no longer use K PLUS BIZ Vietnam, must I deregister my account?
Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to request to deregister K PLUZ BIZ Vietnam account. However, you can still login to
KBank Connect and perform transactions if your bank account is still open.
What if I transfer to an incorret person?

What is the transaction fee for fund transfer and QR transfer?

For transferring to other banks domestically through NAPAS, there is a limit of not exceeding 490M VND per transaction
For daily transaction limit (including within KBank and to other banks), this can be set differently based on customer request. Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to change your transaction limit.
Can I make international and/or bulk transfer on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?
K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support international and bulk fund transfer at the moment. You can perform international and bulk transfer at branch or on

Can I top up and pay bills on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?
K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support top up and bill payment at the moment. You can perform top up and bill payment at branch or on K PLUS Vietnam application.

The “Saved Lists” is a service for customers to be able to create and save frequently use transaction to offer more convenience in making transaction next time. You can create frequently use transaction as a saved list by the following steps:

How do I log in to my account if I forget my PIN?
You can click ‘Forget PIN’ button at PIN input screen to reset and change your PIN. However, if you are logged out of the application and forget your PIN, you must contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to set up a new PIN.

How do I view my POS transaction on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?
You can select ‘POS’ menu in home screen to view:
1) Total today sales by merchant/store/payment types (e.g. card and QR payment)
2) Total sales and net settlement history (after MDR and VAT) from the past one year
When can I view POS total net settlement?

For QR payment: Total net settlement (after MDR and VAT) of POS will be displayed in POS history and deposit into your account within today

For Card payment: Total net settlement (after MDR and VAT) of POS will be calculated and displayed in POS history at 11:00 next day. Net settlement amount will be deposited into your account by 17:00 on next working day
Where can I apply Loan product?
Now, loan can only be applied via RM or KBank branch.
What kind of loan does KBank provide?
Now, KBank only provides terms loan and MCA.
How can I repay my loan both interest and principle?

For automatically repayment, loan will be repayment automatically at the end of the due date/maturity date.

In case customers need to repay loan before maturity date, customers can contact KBank branch to repay loan mannually.
My PIN has expired, what should I do?
To comply with SBV regulations, PIN is valid for only 1 year. If your PIN has expired, you will receive a "PIN expired" notification when you login. Please follow the steps to update your PIN.
To prevent your PIN from expiring, you can update it upon receiving a notification 15 days in advance.
Can I still use my old PIN after my PIN has expired?
You cannot reuse your old PIN, and we do not recommend it for security reasons. PIN.

Does K PLUS BIZ Vietnam support maker and approver function?
Yes. K PLUS BIZ Vietnam support maker and approver function. After completing business account opening, the company can assign roles and set up authorization matrix when register for KBank Connect and K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application.
Username and password will be sent via email to all registered users of the company separately.
What types of transaction can company make and approve on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?
Maker can create normal transfer transactions (intrabank and interbank via NAPAS 247) on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam (QR transfer is not available for company with multi approver).
For other types of transactions e.g. CITAD, payroll, direct credit, international fund transfer and etc., maker must create on KBank Connect only and submit transaction for approval.
Approver can approve transactions created by maker from all channels (KBank Connect and K PLUS BIZ Vietnam) on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application.
