 K PLUS BIZ Vietnam is a mobile banking application that allows customer who owns or operates business to access banking account, check account activity, and conduct financial transaction easily and conveniently in one application. The application provides feature that can benefit you as the following:

How do I enroll to K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

How do I get username and password to activate the application?

Username and temporary password will be sent to you via registered e-mail after you have completed account opening process and applied for K PLUS BIZ Vietnam.​

What should I do if my temporary password received in email has expired?

Temporary password is valid for 7 days. Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to extend or reset temporary password if it has expired.​


What should I do if I forget my password?​

If this is your first time loggin in, you can check your e-mail to get your temporary password.

If you have logged in to KBank Connect and activated Entrust token before, please reset your password by yourself at KBank Connect or click 'Forget Password' and the application will redirect you to reset password screen. If you have not activated the token, please contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888.

What should I do if I lost my mobile device? 

​If you lost your mobile device, you could follow below steps:​

(1) If you wish to continue using K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application, you can download and install the application on your new device. Then, you will be brought to change mobile device flow to activate your account on the new device and you will be automatically logged out from old device.​

(2) If you do not download the application on new device immediately, please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to deactivate your account.

What should I do if I change my mobile number?

Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to change mobile phone number.

If I will no longer use K PLUS BIZ Vietnam, must I deregister my account?

Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to request to deregister K PLUZ BIZ Vietnam account. However, you can still login to KBank Connect and perform transactions if your bank account is still open.​​

What is the transaction fee for fund transfer?

What is the transaction limit for fund transfer? 

​For transferring to other banks domestically through NAPAS, there is a limit of not exceeding 490M VND per transaction.

For daily transaction limit (including within KBank and to other banks), this can be set differently based on customer request. Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to change your transaction limit.

Can I make international and/or bulk transfer on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support international and bulk fund transfer at the moment. You can perform international and bulk transfer at branch or on KBank Connect.​

Can I top up and pay bills on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam does not support top up and bill payment at the moment. You can perform top up and bill payment at branch or on K PLUS Vietnam application.​

Can I view account balance of savings account and foreign currency account on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

Currently K PLUS BIZ Vietnam only supports current account in VND only. Therefore, if you would like to view other types of accounts; you can view it via KBank Connect

Can I request account statement on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?​

You can request account statement at branch only.​

How do I log in to my account if I forget my PIN?

Please contact branch or 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028)-38218888 to set up a new PIN.

How can I change my PIN?

You can change your PIN on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application by following these steps:
Select Settings> Security> Change PIN

What languages does K PLUS BIZ Vietnam support?

K PLUS BIZ Vietnam supports both English and Vietnamese language.​

How can I manage my Personal Data Consent?

You can manage your Personal Data Consent on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application by following these steps:

Select Settings > Security > Personal Data Management.​

How do I view my POS transaction on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?

You can select ‘POS’ menu in home screen to view:

​1) Total today sales by merchant/store/payment types (e.g. card and QR payment)

2) Total sales and net settlement history (after MDR and VAT) from the past one year

When can I view POS total net settlement?

Total net settlement (after MDR and VAT) of POS will be calculated and displayed in POS history tab at 11 A.M. ​
