Step 1: Contact your RM (relationship manager) or KBank - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH, to get the application and list of supporting document
Step 2: Submit account opening (for new customer) and KBank Connect's applications, together with the required supporting document to your RM or at KBank - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH
Step 3: Once your application is accepted, login ID and password will be sent via the registered e-mail within five business days
