Qualifications

  • Customers must have a deposit account in Vietnamese Dong or foreign currency
  • Customers must have Import Bills for Collection that are in accordance with Uniform Rules for Collection no. 522 (URC 522) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
  • Payment must be in accordance with the rules and practices of Forex control officers regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam
