General Information

KBank Tinh Tien is an application that will allow your mobile device to be changed into a machine for accepting payments for goods and services with credit cards, debit cards via NFC and showing QR Code on your own Android devices.​

Eligibility​


  • Individual aged 18 years and over or juristic person registered in Vietnam 
  • Opened current deposit account with KBank Vietnam  
  • Individual who owns business must be Vietnamese, or Foreigners with either work permit, or business registration license 
  • Business registration license by a relevant state agency  
  • Trades in goods/services that do not violate the provisions of the State & Law

Supporting Documents


 Individual with household business registration certificate
1.  A copy (must be presented with original document) of the authorized person's citizen ID or passport. 
2.  A copy (must be presented with original document) of the household business registration certificate
3.  ​​A copy (must be presented with original document) of Special Business License or Certificate (if any)

Juristic person with enterprise registration certificate​
1.  A copy (must be presented with original document) of the authorized person's citizen ID or passport
2.  A copy (must be presented with original document) of enterprise registration certificate​
3.  A copy (must be presented with original document) of Special Business License or Certificate 
4.  A certified true copy (must be presented with original document) of company charter​
5.  A certified true copy (must be presented with original document) of power of attorney (if applicable)​​

2. Open account with KBank Vietnam
3. Submit Application Form and Supporting Documents
4. Merchant receives activation e-mail after approval

How KBank collect a fee? 

KBank will deduct fee from money transfer amount as following detail

What is Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for card payment transaction ?

Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) is a fee amount by percentage that KBank deducts on each transaction volume as agreed rate

For example:
Amount: 1,000,000 VND
MDR (2%): 20,000 VND
VAT (10%): 2,000 VND
So, KBank will credit (money transfer) to merchant = 978,000 VND [1,000,000-(20,000+2,000)]​

When can merchant receive money?

Merchant receives money as following detail
