Contact 24/7 K-Contact Center at (028)-38218888 or visit KBank - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH

Submit application form for organizational account opening and service registration, together with the required supporting documents to your Sales / Relationship Manager.

Once the application process is completed, your business account will be opened and the login ID and temporary password for KBank Connect (and K PLUS BIZ Vietnam app) will be sent via the registered e-mail within five business days

Contact Sales/Relationship manager or visit KBank - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH, to get the K PLUS BIZ application form

Submit application form to your Sales / relationship manager

Once your application process is completed, you can login to K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application using your existing KBank Connect’s username and password

What are the conditions for using the K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application?
    • Individuals aged 18+ or legal representatives in Vietnam
    • Business owners/legal reps must be Vietnamese or foreigners with a valid work permit or business license
    • Must have a business registration license from a state agency
    • Business must comply with Vietnamese laws
    • Must own a smartphone and email address
Mobile Phones Requirement:
  1. Smartphone with minimum iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0 operation system
  2. Must be able to connect to the internet (GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi)

(The temporary password sent by the bank expires within 15 days; if it has expired, contact K-Contact Center Vietnam at (028) 3821 8888 to reset your password. A reset password is valid for 7 days only, so please use it promptly.)
    • If you've previously logged in KBank Connect, reset your password in KBank Connect or click 'Forget Password' to be redirected to the reset screen.
Why is biometric authentication required when I make a transaction?

To comply with regulation and strengthen transaction security and prevent financial fraud.

Biometric Authentication Requirements:

    • Applicable for Household businesses and micro-enterprises.
    • Biometric data must belong to the legal representative or authorized person and must be verified.
Can I request account statement on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam?
    • You can request account statement on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application from previous one year and up to 6 months at a time instantly via registered email
