How to activate account on K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application

How to apply​

​​​​Elig​ibility


  • Must be an authorized person or assign a single authorized person of the company to access application 
  • Individual aged 18 years or older with household business registration certificate or juristic person registered in Vietnam
  • Individual owning business must be Vietnamese, or foreigner with either work permit or business registration license
  • Business registration license from a relevant state agency  
  • Doing business that do not violate the provisions of the state & law​ 
  • Own smartphone and e-mail address to access the service

Mobile Phones Requirement​:​

1) Smartphone with minimum iOS15 or Android 9.0 operation system
2) Must be able to connect to the internet (GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi)

How to find your smartphone's operation system version: 

  • iPhone: Settings > General > About > iOS Version
  • Android: Settings > About Phone

Supporting Document

​​Individual with household business registration certificate
  1. 1. A copy (must be presented with original document) of the authorized person's citizen ID or passport
  2. 2. A copy (must be presented with original document) of the household business registration certificate​
    3. A copy (must be presented with original document) of Special Business License or Certificate (if any)​

Juristic person with enterprise registration certificate​
  1. ​1. A copy (must be presented with original document) of the authorized person's citizen ID or passport
  2. 2. A copy (must be presented with original document) of enterprise registration certificate 
  3. 3. A copy (must be presented with original document) of Special Business License or Certificate (if any) 
  4. 4. A certified true copy (must be presented with original document) of company charter 
  5. 5. A certified true copy (must be presented with original document) of power of attorney (if applicable)​

Activation Process ​

Steps to activate K PLUS BIZ Vietnam mobile banking application​
  1. 1. Download K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application from Apple / Huawei / Google store​
  2. 2. Input your User ID and password received from the registered e-mail*​
  3. 3. Input your citizen ID or passport number and your registered mobile phone number
  4. 4. Input the SMS OTP received from the bank
  5. 5. Set up 6-digit PIN​
  6. 6. Accept Guideline for Use and your K PLUS BIZ Vietnam application is now ready to be used​​
