1. In the first 60 days, does a customer need to pay any MDR fee?

1. Yes, customer still need to pay the MDR fee but KBank will cashback the fee within 20 working days of the following month (as per the disbursement details). Additionally, customer is still required to pay “VAT” on the MDR.

2. If a customer has already installed KBank máyPOS or KBank Tinhtien before the Campaign period , but needs to install more POS during campaign period, will they be able to get this promotion?

1. If their total sales volume (considered by Merchant ID) of VISA card does not exceed 1.8 Billion VND or Master Card does not exceed 630 Million VND, and they have never received cashback rewards from previous “Zero fee, All free” campaigns, they can install more POS with a 1% MDR* and receive the MDR cashback for their new store only.
   
   However, for existing customers, the annual sales volume will be calculated from all stores under one Merchant ID. For example, if a customer has a total of two stores and wishes to apply for a new terminal for store number three, their total sales of stores one and two must not exceed the threshold to be eligible for the campaign.

3. If a customer has already terminated and no longer has any KBank POS with KBank, can they reinstall with this promotion by using the same store ID?

1. The customer can apply, but KBank will review the request on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the prior service termination.

4. How long will customer receive a MDR of local VISA and Master Card at 1%?

1. Customer will receive an MDR of 1% for local Visa and Master Card until their annual sales volume (transaction amount) of local VISA exceeds 1.8 billion VND or Master exceeds 630 Million VND, whichever come first. Once a customer’s usage reaches the thresholds, the MDR of local VISA and Master Card will be automatically adjusted to 1.6% (excluding VAT) within 15 days of exceeding the threshold.

5. In which situations will a merchant be disqualified from receiving Reward?

1. If, during any transaction period, an Eligible Customer is verified and determined to have engaged in fraudulent transactions involving any of the Bank’s product or uses KBank POS Payment service inappropriately or not according to purposes determined by the Bank (for example, using the POS for cash withdrawals or cash advances), even if these transactions have been canceled, merchant will not be eligible to receive cashback for that entire month’s transaction. Additionally, if the terminal or settlement account has been disabled, terminated or closed during the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Reward, Eligible Customer will be disqualified from receiving Reward
