Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer the Campaign and Reward (as defined below) who meet the following conditions. Customers must meet all conditions to become eligible customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Customer”)

1. Installation Period: From 1 June 2025 to 31 July 2025
2. Both new and existing customer must have total sales per year via VISA card not exceed 1.8B VND or MasterCard not exceed 630M VND
3. For existing customer can apply for new store and must not have received any cashback rewards from previous “Zero fee, all free” promotion before
4. Must provide consent as required by KBank for contacting & verify eligibility

1. First 60 days will be counted after installation date
2. 0% MDR benefit paid in form of cashback
3. Cashback calculation based on MDR excluding VAT
4. Cashback paid on every month within 20 working days of next month

5. 0% MDR benefit limit up to 3.000.000 VND per merchant (for existing customer, only new terminal will be calculated for MDR cashback)

   Customer A successfully installed KBank máyPOS on 20 June 2025. The transaction period that will be calculated for Rewards and the distribution date will be as follow:

6. Once total sales per year has breached the threshold, VISA card > 1.8B VND or MasterCard > 630M VND, (whichever come first). The MDR will be adjust within 15 days please see more detail in Term & Condition.

It depends on their current usage and can apply for new store only. An existing customer can install more if the total annual sales via VISA card do not exceed 1.8 Billion VND or MasterCard do not exceed 635 Million VND. If neither criterion is exceeded, customer can apply and install more with a 1% MDR* and receive the promotion for their new store only.

For example, if a customer currently has 1 store with a 1.8% MDR and wants to install another store, only the new store will receive the 1%MDR* and the MDR cashback for the first 60 days of usage.

Existing customer who onboarded between 4 September and 31 October 2024 and has already received MDR cashback from the previous Zero fee, all free promotion are not eligible to join the program.

The customer can apply, but KBank will review the request on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the prior service termination.

The MDR of local VISA and Master Card at 1% will apply until the annual sales volume (transaction amount) of local VISA or Master exceeds 1.8 billion VND or 630 Million VND, respectively. Once a customer’s usage reaches these thresholds, the MDR of local VISA and Master Card will be automatically adjusted to 1.6% (excluding VAT) within 15 days of the date the threshold is exceeded
