Job Description

• Own and manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of assigned open roles with strategic sourcing work frame.
• Proactively search for both active and passive job seekers as well as providing career advice to candidates​.
• Build up professional network to attract high potential candidates by using databases, social media, job boards etc.
  
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Coordinate and support HR tasks i.e., contract signing, onboarding formalities, relating tax issue etc​.
• Handle questions/issues from employees relating to C&B policy/payment.
• Work closely with HR Services/Finance/People team in Thailand (HQ).
• Additional Assignment from supervisor.

Qualification

• At least 2-3 years with recruiting and HR experience​.
  
• Experience in IT Industry or Recruitment Agency or MNC is a big plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and creating your own candidates' database.
• Globally working mindset and International Point of View.
• High self-motivated, proactive, good team player, and multi-tasking skill.
• Excellent command in English communication skills​.​
