To continue using your account and banking services with KBank, account owners or legal representatives are required to complete biometric verification through the applicable channels. Please prepare your original and valid identification document for verification.

For Individual Customers
Account owner can complete biometric verification through either of the following options:

Option 1: Visit KBank Ho Chi Minh City Branch
Present your original, valid identification document at the branch to complete biometric verification.

Option 2: Verify via K PLUS Vietnam
Complete biometric verification through the K PLUS Vietnam application by following the instructions provided in the app.

Please ensure that your identification document is valid and that the information provided matches your customer information registered with KBank.

For Business Owners
Legal representatives can complete biometric verification by visiting KBank Ho Chi Minh City Branch and bringing the original, valid identification document.

The merchant will not be able to perform account transactions with KBank until the required biometric verification has been completed.
