  • Free 1 month interest and free processing fees are available for eligible customers who apply for KBank Home Loan in June 2025 and get loan disbursed by 15 July 2025.
  • Cashback from the promotion on first month free interest and processing fees will be paid based on the actual amounts on the original receipts, including appraisal fee, legal fee, notarization mortgage agreement fee. The total cashback value must not exceed 52,000,000 VND.
  • Cashback will be transferred to the K PLUS Online Account of eligible customers within 14 working days after the original receipts are sent to KBank.
