Useful Information

  • Open new KBank 6-month Term Deposit with a minimum deposit of 800 million VND during the Promotion Period from 15 July to 31 August 2026.

  • Receive an interest rate of 6.10% p.a. for the 6-month term.
  • Maintain the account for at least 30 calendar days to qualify for the reward.
  • Withdraw the Term Deposit before maturity, the applicable interest rate shall be adjusted to KBank’s lowest announced early withdrawal rate.
  • Receive actual home loan processing fee support of up to VND 5 million for appraisal, legal and notarization mortgage agreement fee.
  • Home loan may be disbursed by KBank or another bank, from the start of the Promotion Period until no later than two months after the Term Deposit maturity date.
  • Submit the original receipts and required documents within two months after account closure or maturity. The customer's name must match the Term Deposit account holder.
  • Reward will be transferred to the customer’s K PLUS Online account after all applicable conditions.
