  • Customer must reply a copy of Bill electricity invoice or receipt within 15 days after receiving confirmation E-mail via vn_k-merchant_sales@kasikornbank.com
  • The electricity bill invoice or receipt must match either the store name, customer name, or store address provided in the application.
  • The invoice issue date must be within 1 month of the confirmation email—or not earlier than 1 month after receiving the confirmation.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • New customer: New onboard for KBank POS for the first time
  • Existing customer: Current customers expanding to new store locations.
Application period: 1 September to 30 November 2025
Completion Deadline: All installation must be completed by 31 December 2025
Additional Conditions:
  • Applicants must not have participated in previous "Free Start, Full Rewards" promotions.
  • Applicants must not have participated in any cashback promotions during the campaign period.

FAQs

Who is eligible for this campaign
  • New customers: Submit a complete application form between 1 Sep 2025 – 30 Nov 2025 and have the POS installed by 31 Dec 2025.
  • Existing customers: Submit a complete application form during the same period but must apply for a new terminal at new store only.
I already have KBank POS before the campaign. If I install more terminals during the campaign, am I eligible?
  • Yes, only if the new terminal is for a new store.
  • Not eligible if:
  • You reinstall a terminal at the same store or terminate a terminal and reinstall at a new location.
  • You change business license under the same business owner.
  • You have already received rewards from the previous “Free Start, Full Rewards” promotion
  • You are currently joining another promotion.
I terminated my KBank POS service before. Can I join this promotion by using the same Store ID?
  • You can apply, but KBank will review your request case-by-case, depending on the reason for your previous service termination and previous usage transaction.
When will I receive the URBOX e-voucher rewards?
  • Within 7 days after your KBank POS Payment Service is successfully installed.You will receive it via K PLUS or K PLUS BIZ notification, or by email (for internet banking customers)
In which situations will a merchant be disqualified from receiving Reward?
  • Customer is verified and determined to have engaged in fraudulent transactions involving any of the Bank’s product during campaign period
  • Customer used KBank POS Payment service inappropriately or not according to purposes determined by the Bank (for example, using the POS for cash withdrawals or cash advances), even if these transactions have been canceled, merchant will not be eligible to receive rewards for that entire month’s transaction.
  • The terminal or settlement account has been disabled, terminated, or closed during the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Reward
