FAQ

In the first 60 days, does a customer need to pay any MDR fee?

Yes, customer still need to pay the MDR fee but KBank will cashback the fee within 15 working days of the following month (as per the disbursement details). Additionally, customer is still required to pay “VAT” on the MDR.

If a customer has already installed KBank máyPOS but needs to install more during promotion period, will they be able to get this promotion?

An existing customer is eligible for this promotion if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Install a new terminal for a new store (SID).
  • Customer have not participated in the "Zero Fee, All Free" promotion (held from 4 September 2024 to 31 December 2024).
  • Only new store will be eligible for MDR fee cashback
If a customer has already terminated and no longer has any KBank máyPOS with KBank, can they reinstall using the same store ID?

The customer can apply, but KBank will review the request on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the prior service termination.
