How can I apply for KBank Credit Card?
  • You can easily apply for the credit card via K PLUS VN application. In case you need any assistance, you can also leave your contact information at the following channels, and we will promptly contact your back.

    (ii) "KBank Vietnam" Facebook page
    (iii) KBank official Zalo account
  • Once your credit card is approved, your card will be delivered free of charge to your mailing address.
How long does it take to get approved for a credit card and receive it?
  • Once all valid documents have been received, KBank will process your application within 7 working days. Upon approval, your credit card will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
How much credit limit that I will get?
  • Your credit limit is calculated based on your credit information. The maximum credit limit is up to 3x of your monthly salary or 200m VND.
What is automatic cashback?
  • Your cashback will automatically be credited to your credit card on the statement date without any registration and redemption needed. It will directly reduce the due amount of your credit card payment of each month.
How can I pay my credit card bill, and are there any associated fees?
  • You can pay your credit card bill via K PLUS VN application and it’s free of charge.

I want to apply for KBank Cashback Plus Credit Card, but I am not a salary earner. How can I apply?
  • You can still apply by using a term deposit as collateral – no income proof required. This option allows non-salary earners such as business owners, freelancers, or students to enjoy all the benefits of KBank Cashback Plus Credit Card.
What type of security deposit account can I use as collateral?
  • Currently, KBank accepts only a VND term deposit account that is opened at KBank under the cardholder’s name.
How long does it take to get approved for a credit card after I pledged the term deposit account?
  • The Bank will process within 2 working days.
How much credit limit that I will get?
  • The credit limit on a secured credit card is 100% of your term deposit from 10m VND to 200m VND.
How do I open term deposit account to apply for a credit card?
Can I use my existing term deposit account to apply for KBank Cashback Plus Credit Card?
  • Yes, as long as the account balance is at least 10m VND and is not fully or partially on hold for any other purpose.
