Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
“Maximize Your Cash Back: 10% on Subscription Services + 3% on Every Swipe!”
The Terms and Conditions shall be effective from
1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation of “Maximize Your Cash Back: 10% on Subscription Services + 3% on Every Swipe!” of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (the “Bank”). By participating in the Campaign (as defined below) and receiving the Reward (as defined below) offered by the Bank, all participants are kindly required to have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign name : “Maximize Your Cash Back: 10% on Subscription Services + 3% on Every Swipe!” (The “Campaign”).
2. Promotion goods or services : Online account and Debit card offered by the Bank under the name “K PLUS Online account” and “KBank Debit Card”
3. Applicable area : Vietnam nationwide.
4. Promotion period : The campaign period will commence from 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Eligibility : Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer the Campaign and reward only to the Bank’s customers who successfully open K PLUS Online account and successfully applied, activated, and made a specified transaction via KBank Debit Card only. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Customer” or “Customer”).
The eligibility for the offer will be subject to the Bank’s sole discretion.
6. Total value of Reward : The total value of the Reward in this campaign period must not exceed 1,200,000,000 VND (One billion two hundred million Vietnamese Dong)
7. Eligible Customer :
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer this Campaign and Reward to all of the Bank’s customers (individuals) (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customers”).
- Applicable to customers who are Vietnamese individuals or foreigners with full legal capacity - civil acts.
- Be the primary cardholder of the KBank Debit card and meet the conditions to participate in the program stated in section 8.
8. Reward Conditions : 8.1 Campaign Reward and Conditions :
Rewards:
The maximum reward for each customer must not exceed VND 100,000 (in words: One hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) per month
Categories 1: Get 10% cashback when make spending transactions with Card on file (COF) via application/website of online card-accepting points of sales/merchants namely Netflix, Spotify, FPT Play, Google play and App Store with KBank Debit Card with no minimum spending per transaction (Limit first 1,000 users).
Categories 2: Get 3% cashback when make spending transactions on other participated categories* via K Bank Debit Card with no minimum spending per transaction (Limit first 2,000 users)
(Collectively referred to as the “Reward”).
Reward conditions:
- The maximum reward for each customer must not exceed than VND 400,000 (in words: Four hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) throughout the campaign period.
- Customers who received the rewards from “Triple Bonus: Maintain 300K, Get 300K” campaign will not be eligible for receiving rewards in this campaign.
- Customers who have received an invitation to the "Debit Card Max Cashback Campaign" and “KBank Guaranteed Cash Rewards” via the K PLUS in-app notification will not be eligible to receive rewards in this campaign.
- KBank Payroll customers will not be eligible to receive rewards in this campaign.
- Customer can only receive 1 (one) reward. The bank will calculate the reward based on the highest value among the campaigns the customer participates in.
- The eligibility for the offer will be subject to the Bank’s sole discretion.
Conditions
- Cash reward will be transferred into customer’s K PLUS Online account of Eligible Customer within 14 (fourteen) working days after the end of each month.
- Eligible Customer will be disqualified from receiving Reward due to the following events:
- Eligible Customer are verified and determined to have engaged in fraudulent transactions; and/or
- K PLUS Online account is deactivated before the crediting of the Reward; and/or
- Failure to comply any terms and conditions stated by the bank.
- KBank Payroll customers will not be eligible for this campaign.
- The Bank will not be responsible for notifying the eligible customer should have reached the maximum capping of the campaign limit.
- Only deposit and expenditure in VND qualify to participate in the campaign.
- The Bank reserves the right to retain data of the usage transaction. Eligible Customer should keep campaign participation evidence and sales slip to track usage if necessary.
- Any determination by the Bank as to whether any payment transaction qualifies as an eligible transaction under this Campaign and the decision of the Bank shall be conclusive, absolute and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever to the extent permitted by laws.
8.2. Valid transactions are transactions that simultaneously satisfy all of the following conditions:
- Spending transactions, payments for goods and services are made by the Customer - the Cardholder and serve the Cardholder's own legal personal consumption purposes at Card Accepting Units (DVCNT);
- *Debit Card transactions on these following MCC Code according to VISA’s merchant list will not be qualified for this campaign:

- Does not include the following transactions:
- Cancellation/refund/transaction arising due to system problems, cancellation by the Customer or a 3rd party;
- Any transaction that KBank suspects or has grounds to believe is a payment transaction for goods and services that is not eligible for refund, including but not limited to the following cases: (1) Fake/fraudulent transactions cheating; (2) Transactions that do not arise from the purchase and sale of goods and provision of services (Non transactions at merchants, etc.); (3) Transactions of an agent nature or profiteering from promotional programs;
- The transaction is in the process of investigation and complaint handling.
8.3. Regulations on handling refund transactions and transactions not eligible for promotions:
- Any Card transaction must be refunded, including but not limited to transactions specified in Clause 8.2.c of these Rules in which the Customer has received a promotion calculated on the value of that transaction, The customer is obliged to return to KBank the promotional amount received (Recovery Amount) and KBank will prioritize recovery according to the following principles:
- reduce the Payment Account Balance corresponding to the Amount Withdrawal Funds if the Payment Account has sufficient balance to do so;
- record a negative value (Debit) to the Customer's Payment Account corresponding to the Withdrawn Amount if the Payment Account does not have enough balance to do so.
- Any customer transaction that KBank suspects is an invalid transaction (including acts of forgery or abuse to enjoy program incentives) based on information about the time and place of execution. transactions, frequency of unusual transactions or other factors, KBank has the right to request customers to provide Transaction Proof Documents ( ) for inspection.
- Within 05 (five) working days from the date KBank sends the request for provision, the Customer is obliged to provide complete Documents Proving the Transaction for KBank to check.
- To prevent and limit cases where Customers abuse promotions, as soon as they request to provide Transaction Proof Documents, KBank has the right to apply temporary preventive measures through immediate withdrawal of the Amount. Recovered by Debiting the Customer's Payment account an Amount corresponding to the refund rate on transactions. Customer needs to provide Documentation Proving the Transaction (Recovery Amount):
- In case KBank determines that the Transaction Proof Document is appropriate and/or the Customer's Card payment transactions are valid according to these Program Rules, the spending value of that transaction will be counted to receive benefits. Promotion under this program, KBank will cancel the Debit for the Recovered Amount.
- In case the Customer does not provide or does not provide sufficient Transaction Proof Documents within the time required by KBank and/or KBank determines that Transaction Proof Documents are not appropriate and/or payment transactions by The Customer's card is invalid, the spending value of those transactions will not be counted to enjoy promotions under this program and KBank will not cancel the Debit for the Recovered Amount.
- If there are many Customers who qualify for the promotion and exceed the program budget, KBank will select the Customer according to the priority rule with the highest valid transaction value but not exceeding the remaining budget. of the program.
For example: The program's remaining budget is 30,000 VND. Customer A is the Customer with the highest transaction value at that time of 10,000,000 VND with a transaction refund rate of 5%. KBank will refund Customer A with a refund amount of 30,000 VND.
8.4. Other regulations:
- Rewards are limited to first 12,000 (Twelve Thousand) eligible customers only throughout the Campaign Period, on the first-come, first-served basis based on KBank Debit Card transaction period, or the total value of the Reward in this campaign period must not exceed VND 1,200,000,000 (in words: One Billion Two Hundred Million Vietnamese Dong) or VND 300,000,000 per month (in words: Three Hundred Million Vietnamese Dong) or whichever criteria comes first.
- Each selected Eligible Customer who meets campaign criteria and complied with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Rewards per period, total 4 (four) Rewards under this Campaign, subject to the Bank's sole and absolute discretion.
- The maximum Reward for each period is 100,000 VND per Eligible Customer, with a total maximum Reward of 400,000 VND per Eligible Customer throughout the Campaign.
- Eligible Customer will be disqualified from receiving Reward due to the following events:
- Eligible Customer are verified and determined to have engaged in fraudulent transactions; and/or
- “K PLUS Online account” or “KBank Debit Card” is deactivated before the crediting of the Reward; and/or
- Failure to comply any terms and conditions stated by the bank.
- The Bank will not be responsible in notifying the Eligible Customer should the Reward have reached the maximum capping of the Reward allocated.
- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from further participation in this Campaign if such Eligible Customer has received the Reward exceeding capped amount during the Campaign Period or the Bank determine that such Eligible Customer may act in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank has the right at its discretion to approve or decline any application and is neither obliged to give any reason or prior notice on any matter concerning the application nor be liable to any party. The Bank has the right to withdraw Rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign by deducting money (debit) from the Eligible Customer’s bank account opened with the Bank or performing other forms to withdrawal without the customer's consent, in case the Bank detects invalid transactions or the card is closed or terminated before awarding Rewards (for any reason).
- Only expenditures in Vietnamese Dong (VND) qualify to receive the Reward.
- Eligible Customer shall examine the Reward upon the receipt. The Reward has not been certified by the Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of the Reward in this campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such reward by the Bank. The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer is dissatisfied with the Reward, except for the Reward’s quality.
- Once the Reward is redeemed, it cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right not to refund Reward under any circumstances.
- The Bank reserves the right to retain data of the usage transaction. Eligible Customer should keep campaign participation evidence and sales slip to track usage if necessary.
- The Bank reserves the right to restrict, debit, revoke, withdraw, cancel the usage of Reward and/or disqualify any Eligible Customer from participating the Campaign with immediate effect in the event that such Eligible Customer is found to have performed suspicious behavior, committed fraudulent, wrongful acts or illegal transactions, or provided invalid, incomplete or untrue details/credentials, or breached applicable rules, regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
- Any determination by the Bank as to whether any payment transaction qualifies as an eligible transaction under this Campaign and the decision of the Bank shall be conclusive, absolute and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever.
9. General Terms and Conditions :
- General terms and conditions for K PLUS Online account, KBank Debit Card, KBank Cashback Plus Credit card and K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application will apply to customers participating in this Campaign. For more information, please visit

- Customer hereby indemnify and hold KBank harmless from any losses, liability, damage, or claims arising from or in connection with this Campaign as a result of Customer’s action in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or improper use of the Reward.
- The Reward is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits in kind. The Eligible Customer cannot transfer the Reward to any other person.
- The Bank reserves (i) the right to reject the Eligible Customer’s request for any change of the Reward and (ii) the right to change or cancel all or any part of the Reward according to the Bank’s sole decision. (But this will not prejudice the right to terminate this T/C by customers)
- Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of the Eligible Customer’s eligibility and identity according to the Bank’s procedure. If the Bank at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion to the extent permitted by laws) that any of the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions was not or has not been complied with but any Reward has been received by the Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right to immediately recover any and all Reward or the value of any or all Reward from such Eligible Customer.
- The Bank shall not be responsible nor liable if the Eligible Customer’s contact details are not reachable or invalid.
- The Reward will not be replaced and the Bank will not be liable in the event that the Reward is lost, damaged and/or stolen after the Eligible Customer receiving the Reward from the Bank.
- The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of the Bank and other media channels (if any).
- The Campaign shall not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bank. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotions and rewards of other campaign of the Bank.
- 1The Bank has the right at its own discretion to refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Eligible Customer that provides information, which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
- 1The Bank reserves the right to restrict, debit, revoke, withdraw, cancel the usage of Reward and/or disqualify any Eligible Customer from participating the Campaign with immediate effect in the event that such Eligible Customer is found to have performed suspicious behavior, committed fraudulent, wrongful acts or illegal transactions, or provided invalid, incomplete or untrue details/credentials, or breached applicable rules, regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
- The Bank has the right to immediately suspend the participation in the Campaign, if a participant is not fully qualified or do not comply with regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
- The Bank reserves (i) the right to immediately cancel and/or recover all or any of the Reward without giving prior notice to the customer and (ii) the right to claim for loss and damages from the customer if the Bank found that there is any fraudulent application/registration under this Campaign. (But this will not prejudice the right to complain/object.)
- The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability incurred or suffered by any Eligible Customer and/or person in connection with this Campaign or the Reward to the extent permitted by laws.
- The Bank may contact customers via phone number/ email registered with the Bank for further information, clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
- The Reward shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Eligible Customer agrees that the Bank may collect, process and use his/her personal image and information (including his/her personal data and personal data of other person that Eligible Customer provides to the Bank) for advertising and/or promotion purposes in a manner consistent with the Bank’s Privacy Policy, which may be accessible via

- The Eligible Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward under this Campaign by the Eligible Customer. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in these Terms and Conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer.
- In the case of force majeure as specified by law, the process of rewards granting can be delayed.
- The terms and conditions governing K PLUS Online account and banking service related to the Campaign are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
- In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision and/or judgment on all matters will be final and binding.
- The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time or amend, modify or supplement to any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, unless specified otherwise by applicable laws. (But this will not prejudice the right to terminate this T/C by customers).

- These Terms and Conditions are made in English and Vietnamese language. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English language text and Vietnamese language text, the Vietnamese text shall prevail.
