Job Description

• Completing merchant on-boarding process since underwriting merchant qualification following bank’s policies and Vietnam regulations, setting up merchant profile and coordinating with third party vendors for terminal deployment.
• Maintaining complaints from merchants by supporting their requests with direct communication via multiple channels such as telephone or e-mail.
• Identify issues of the merchants quickly and coordinate with related parties to solve the problems as soon as possible to maintain good customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring EDC vendor SLA for all requested services such as on-boarding, on-site service, or preventive maintenance.
• Coordinating with product management team in Thailand to support process enhancement along with product development to meet customer’s needs.
• Supporting key strategic merchant’s issues with special assistance in order to build trust and confidence of the service.
• Coordinating with IT team to support system enhancement, EDC software development and payment gateway system integration with operation requirement and during user acceptance test.
• Update working process, any criteria and system enhancement to comply with rule and regulation of card schemes.
• Coordinating with card schemes and e-wallet providers for any issues or requesting for supports to the bank and merchants.
• Supporting third party payment partners to ensure the availability of the service.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in merchant operation for banking industry.
• Good Knowledge and experience of domestic and international electronic payment and clearing/settlement process, EDC, POS, payment gateway.
• Understand risk management of card payments.
• Experience in cooperating with local and international card schemes and e-wallet providers.
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Good command of English​.
