Important Notice: Implementation of Dormant Account Fee Effective Date: 31 January 2026
Please be informed that starting from 31 January 2026, KBank will introduce a monthly Dormant Account Fee for current accounts with no financial transactions for a period of 2 consecutive years or more.
This fee applies to retail customers with accounts in dormant status.
How to Maintain Active Status:
To avoid this fee, please ensure your account remains active by performing at least one financial transaction (deposit, withdrawal, or transfer) via:
- KBank Branch
- K PLUS Vietnam Application
- Other banks’ mobile applications (Transfer-in)
