  • Fixed 8.25% p.a. for a 1-year fixed rate term or 9.00% p.a. for a 2-year fixed rate or 9.25% for 3-year fixed rate term
  • Loan amounts from 700 million up to 15 billion VND
  • Maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) of up to 80% of the property value
  • Age of the borrower including loan tenor: 20 - 70 years
  • Free fire insurance, helping you save premiums of up to 0.02% of the home value per year throughout the loan contract
  • Eligible for application between 1 - 31 July 2026 and have the loan disbursed by 15 August 2026
