  • Submit application period: 1 Dec 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 and Install within 31 January 2026

  • Not participated in any cashback promotion during campaign period

FAQs

Do I need to register for this promotion?
  • No registration is required. If you install the KBank POS payment service during the campaign period and meet either Criteria 1 or Criteria 2, you will automatically receive the MDR cashback.
Do I still need to pay MDR fees during the first 90 days?
  • Yes. You will continue to pay the MDR fee as usual. KBank will refund the applicable cashback on the third Friday of the following month after you complete the criteria. Please note: VAT on MDR is not refunded and must still be paid.
Do I need to meet both Criteria 1 and Criteria 2 to receive cashback?
  • No. Meeting either Criteria 1 or Criteria 2 qualifies you to receive cashback. However, the cashback percentage may vary depending on which criterion/tier you achieve.
If I do not meet the criteria in the first cycle, can I still participate in the next cycle?
  • Yes. You can still receive cashback in any 30-day cycle within the first 90 days from installation, as long as you meet either criteria during that cycle.
I already have KBank POS before the campaign. If I install more terminals during the campaign, am I eligible?
  • Yes, you are eligible only if the new terminal is installed at a new store location.
  • Not eligible if:
  • You reinstall a terminal at the same store or terminate a terminal and reinstall at a new location.
  • You change business license but the owner or business address is the same
  • You are currently joining another promotion.
I terminated my KBank POS service before. Can I join this promotion by using the same Store ID?
  • You can apply, but KBank will review your request case-by-case, depending on the reason for your previous service termination and previous usage transaction.
Why am I not receiving Reward?
  • You will not receive the Reward if:
    • You engage in fraudulent or improper transactions within the transaction cycle (e.g., using the POS for cash withdrawal or cash advance), even if such transactions are later canceled, the Reward for that cycle will not be granted. However, you can still receive Rewards in later cycles as long as no fraudulent transactions occur again.
    • Your POS terminal or settlement account is disabled, terminated, or closed during the campaign period or before the cashback is credited.
    • You have not provided marketing consent to KBank
