  • Eligible for both new and existing customers of KBank máyPOS, KBank máyPOS mini, KBank Tính Tiền, KBank QR Soundbox
  • Must be a merchant registered under a Household Business Registration Certificate
  • Application period: 1 April – 31 May 2026 and Installation completed by 30 June 2026
  • Business category and applicable cashback rate will be determined based on the Bank’s classification criteria. Please refer to the table below for details:

    Rewards Condition:
    • Total reward is 1.500.000 VND per customer per month and up to 3.000.000 VND per customer for entire campaign period. Cashback for card transaction is capped at 1.500.000 VND per month and cashback for QR transaction is capped at 500.000 VND per month.
    • Each merchant identification number (MID) is considered as one customer
    • Eligible for Both Card or QR transactions with a minimum amount of 100.000 VND per transaction
    • Reward will be calculated based on the customer’s Merchant category code (MCC) assigned by Kbank at the time of onboarding
    • For new applicant, Rewards are limited to the first 500 Merchants per month, ranked by installation date and Total Payment Volume (TPV)
    • For Existing customer, Rewards are limited to the first 1,000 Merchants per month, ranked by Total Payment Volume (TPV)

FAQs

Do I need to register to join this promotion?
  • Yes. Registration is required to be eligible for this campaign.
    • New customers must apply for KBank mayPOS by 31 May 2026 and complete installation by 30 June 2026. Eligible for transaction made within 60 days after installation date.
    • Existing customers must register by 1 - 30 April 2026. All transactions made during 1 April – 31 May 2026 are eligible for cashback, regardless of the registration date.
Which transactions are eligible for cashback?
  • All transactions made via KBank mayPOS, including Card, QR, and installment transactions, are eligible for cashback. Only transactions with a minimum value of VND 100,000 per transaction, made within the campaign period, will be counted and earn cashback based on the applicable business category rate.
How do I know my business category and cashback rate?
  • Your business category and applicable cashback rate will be determined based on the Bank’s classification criteria. Please refer to the table below for details:

    Food & Beverage Preparation and sale of food and/or beverages for consumption. 4.5%
    Repair Service Repair and maintenance services for machinery, equipment, vehicles, cars, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles.

When will I receive the cashback?
  • Cashback will be credited within 20 working days after the end of each month, or according to the schedule below:

What is the maximum cashback I can receive?
  • Customers can receive up to VND 1.5 million per monthin total cashback. Within this limit, Cashback for QR transactions is capped at VND 500,000 per month.
Why am I not receiving Reward even I have reached the transaction criteria?
  • You will not receive the Reward if:
    • You engage in fraudulent or improper transactions within the transaction cycle (e.g., using the POS for cash withdrawal or cash advance), even if such transactions are later canceled, the Reward for that cycle will not be granted. However, you can still receive Rewards in later cycles as long as no fraudulent transactions occur again.
    • Your POS terminal or settlement account is disabled, terminated, or closed during the campaign period or before the cashback is credited.
    • You have not provided marketing consent to KBank
