  • Booster 2 reward, the MDR fee (Before VAT) during the first 60 days, will be credited in 2 rounds:
    - The 1st cashback round will cover transactions from installation date to the end of the completion month
    - The 2nd cashback round will cover transactions from the 1st to the 30th or 31st of the following month (within Campaign Period)
    - The settlement account the Friday of the 3rd week of the following month after month-end
  • Booster 3, the electricity bill or receipt must:
    - Bill must match store name, customer name, or store address with the application information
    - The invoice issue date within 1 month of confirmation email
    - Invoice date must not be earlier than 1 month after confirmation e-mail
  • Eligible customers (new or with new terminal at new store) must submit application from 1 July to 31 August 2025 and complete installation from 1 July to 30 September 2025

FAQs

If customer eligible for Reward 2, does a customer need to pay any MDR fee in the first 60 day?
  • Yes, customer still need to pay the MDR fee but KBank will cashback the fee within 20 working days of the following month. Additionally, customer is still required to pay “VAT” on the MDR.
For Existing Customer who already installed KBank POS Payment Service before the Campaign period , but plan to install additional terminals during campaign period, are they eligible for this promotion?
  • Customers are eligible to join the campaign only when installing a new terminal for a new store (SID). Reinstalling a terminal at the same store after termination or changing the business address is not eligible. In addition, customer who are currently participating in another ongoing promotion are not eligible to receive rewards from this campaign.
If a customer has already terminated and no longer has any KBank POS with KBank, can they reinstall with this promotion by using the same store ID?
  • The customer can apply, but KBank will review the request on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the prior service termination.
Does the customer need to complete Reward 2 in order to receive Reward 3?
  • No. Each reward is independent. Customer may be eligible either Rewards 1, 2 or 3, or all rewards, depending on a completion of the specified condition of each reward.
In which situations will a merchant be disqualified from receiving Reward?
  • Customer is verified and determined to have engaged in fraudulent transactions involving any of the Bank’s product during campaign period
  • Customer used KBank POS Payment service inappropriately or not according to purposes determined by the Bank (for example, using the POS for cash withdrawals or cash advances), even if these transactions have been canceled, merchant will not be eligible to receive rewards for that entire month’s transaction.
  • The terminal or settlement account has been disabled, terminated, or closed during the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Reward
