What Counts as a Qualified Referral

  • The Referrer refers potential customers who are interested in applying for a KBank Home Loan by sharing their contact information with a KBank Sales Expert.
  • The Referee must fill-in the Referrer’s information in the Referral Confirmation Notice when applying for a KBank Home Loan.
  • The Referee must have first KBank Home Loan disbursement within 60 days from KBank Home Loan approval date.
  • The Referee must not terminate the loan within 20 days after the First Disbursement Date.

Eligible Borrower must:

  • Live in and plan to purchase a property in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, or Tay Ninh.
  • Be an office worker employed full-time by a private company located in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, or Tay Ninh.
  • Age of the borrower including loan tenor: 20 and 70 years old.
  • Loan amounts from 700 million up to 15 billion VND

Reward

  • The referral fee is calculated at 0.40% of the Referee's total actual loan amount disbursed during the month.
  • The referral fee will be transferred to the Referrer’s K PLUS account in a form of cash reward within 60 working days from the first disbursement date of the Referee.
  • The referral fee does not include the costs and expenses incurred by the Referrer during the activities under this program.
  • The referrer is responsible to disclose the source and the value of the referral fee from this program, together with others taxable income, when filing personal income tax form.

FAQ

How do I join the Referral Program?
  • Simply register for the program. A KBank Sales Expert will contact you and assist you throughout the referral process.
How much referral fee will I receive?
  • You will receive 0.40% of your Referee's total actual loan amount disbursed.
    • *Applicable taxes and other relevant fees may be deducted from the referral fee before it is credited to your K PLUS account, in accordance with the program Terms and Conditions.
Is there a maximum referral fee I can earn?
  • No. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals or the total referral fee you can earn.
When is the referral fee calculated?
Customers are not required to purchase any insurance. KBank provides free annual fire insurance (premium rate 0.02% of sum insured) through out the contract period. The coverage of fire insurance is 110% of loan outstanding balance or building value, whichever is lower.

Example:
  • Your friend applies in July
  • The loan is disbursed in August
  • Your referral fee will be calculated based on the August disbursement.
When will I receive my referral fee?
  • Your referral fee will be transferred to your K PLUS account as a cash reward within 60 working days from your Referee's First Disbursement Date.
Can I refer more than one Referee?
  • Yes. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make.
Where can my friend get the Referral Confirmation Notice?
  • The Referral Confirmation Notice is provided by the KBank Sales Expert assisting with your Referee’s Home Loan application.
What if my Referee forgets to submit the Referral Confirmation Notice?
  • The referral may not qualify for the program. Please ensure the Referral Confirmation Notice is submitted when your friend applies for the Home Loan.
Can I track the status of my referral?
  • Your KBank Sales Expert can assist you with updates on the referral process.
