Promotion Details:

Earn up to 1,500,000 VND in total cashback by completing the following challenges:
  • Bonus 1: Quick Start Bonus
     Receive 150,000 VND cashback by completing 5 Card transactions and 5 QR transactions (minimum 100,000 VND per Card and QR transaction) within 7 days after installation.
  • Bonus 2: 30-Day Challenge
     Receive 350,000 VND cashback by reaching a cumulative Card transaction amount of 50,000,000 VND within 30 days after installation.
  • Bonus 3: 60-Day Challenge
     Receive 1,000,000 VND cashback by reaching a cumulative Card transaction amount of 150,000,000 VND within 60 days after installation.

Eligibility Criteria:

    • Available for new KBank Payment Collection Service customers (KBank máyPOS / KBank máyPOS mini / KBank Tính Tiền) (first-time application based on Merchant ID) and existing customers installing a new KBank máyPOS / KBank máyPOS mini / KBank Tính Tiền terminal at a new store (additional branch).
    • Application Period: 15 July – 15 September 2026
    • Installation must be completed by 30 September 2026.
    • Bonus 1 counts successful Card and QR transactions made via KBank POS Payment Service.
    • Bonus 2 & Bonus 3 count successful Card transactions only made via KBank POS Payment Service.
    • Each Merchant Identification Number (MID) is treated as one customer.
    • The three bonuses are independent, and eligible customers may receive one, two, or all three bonuses by meeting the respective conditions.
    • Cashback will be credited monthly to the customer's settlement account.
    • If a challenge is completed by the 7th of the month, cashback will be credited by the end of the same month. Challenges completed after the 7th will be paid by the end of the following month.
    • Limited to the first 700 eligible merchants, ranked by installation date and qualifying transaction volume.

FAQs

Who is eligible to join this campaign?
  • This campaign is open to new merchants applying for KBank Payment Collection Service (KBank máyPOS / KBank máyPOS mini / KBank Tính Tiền) for the first time, as well as existing KBank merchants who install a new EDC device at an additional branch during the Campaign Period (15 July – 30 September 2026).
Which transactions are counted for Cashback Rewards?
  • Only successful card transactions (Debit and Credit card) processed through KBank máyPOS or KBank máyPOS mini are counted. QR transactions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are excluded.

When will I receive my cashback?
    Cashback is paid monthly, credited directly to your settlement account. The timing depends on when you complete each challenge:
  • If you complete the challenge by the 7th of the month → cashback is paid by the end of that same month
  • If you complete the challenge after the 7th → cashback is paid by the end of the following month
  • For example, a merchant installed on 15 July 2026 who completes Bonus 1 within 7 days will receive their 150,000 VND cashback by 31 August 2026.
I need to achieve Bonus 1 first before I can qualify for Bonus 2 or Bonus 3?
    No. All three bonuses are completely independent of each other. You do not need to complete Bonus 1 to qualify for Bonus 2 or Bonus 3. Each bonus has its own separate condition and eligible transaction period — you can qualify for any combination of bonuses, or all three, based solely on your own transaction activity during the respective periods.
Why am I not receiving Reward even though I have reached the transaction criteria?
    You will not receive the Reward if:
  • You engage in fraudulent or improper transactions (including but not limited to; using the POS for cash withdrawal or cash advance as determined by KBank). Even if such transactions are later cancelled, the Reward for that cycle will not be granted.
  • Your transactions include refunds, disputes, or chargebacks that reduce your net eligible transaction volume.
  • Your KBank POS terminal or settlement account is disabled, terminated, or closed during the campaign period or before cashback is credited.
  • You may participate in more than one KBank POS payment service cashback promotion during the Campaign Period. If you are eligible for more than one promotion, your reward eligibility will be based on the first campaign you joined.
  • You have not provided the required marketing consent to KBank.
