Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
“KBank Debit Card x Shopee”
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation of Birthday campaign for K PLUS Vietnam existing users of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (the “Bank”). By participating in the Campaign (as defined below) and receiving the Reward (as defined below) offered by the Bank, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions shall be effective from 1 April 2024.
1. Campaign : KBank Debit Card x Shopee (the “Campaign”).
2. The Bank's promotion product : Debit Card issued by the Bank under the name “KBank Debit Card” (“KBank Debit Card”).
3. Applicable area : Vietnam, nationwide.
4. Campagin period : The Campaign period will commence from 01 April 2024 to 30 April 2024 (both days inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise terminated earlier in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and/or unilaterally terminated by the Bank without reason and prior notice.
5. Eligibility : Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer the Campaign and Reward (as defined below) only to the selected Bank’s customers who are holding valid KBank Debit Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Customer”) who fulfill all the following conditions:
(i) Holding and be activating his/her a valid KBank Debit Card and also has a K PLUS Online Account prior/during to the Campaign Period (in accordance with information provided to the Bank).
(iii) Qualified payment transaction must be for Eligible Customer own personal usage and comply with the Bank’s terms and conditions and policies and applicable laws.
(iii) Qualified payment transaction must be for Eligible Customer own personal usage and comply with the Bank’s terms and conditions and policies and applicable laws.(iv) His/her KBank Debit Card and K PLUS Online Account must not be terminated or closed and/ or be invalid or cancelled as determined by the Bank throughout the Campaign Period and/or during the Campaign Period and before the crediting of the Reward.
The eligibility criteria will be subject to the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion. It can be changed from time to time without prior notice.
6. Campaign Reward and Conditions : The Reward under this Campaign is as follows:
Get instant discount code VND 50,000 when completed payment on Shopee Vietnam application via KBank Debit Card with minimum spending at VND 200,000.
(referred to as the “Reward”).
Each selected Eligible Customer who meets eligibility criteria and comply with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive maximum of 1 (one) Reward per one card during campaign period, subject to the Bank's sole and absolute discretion.Total campaign reward: 50,000,000 VND (Fifty Million Vietnamese Dong)
Conditions:
• Reward is limited to the first 1,000 Eligible Customers only throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis based on the transaction time and subject to availability of the allocation of the Reward.
• The Bank reserves the right to debit or withdraw the Reward if the transactions are found to be invalid or if purchases/transaction are cancelled, refunded, declined, or voided (for any reasons).
• The Bank will not be responsible in notifying the Eligible Customer should the Reward have reached the maximum capping of the Reward allocated.
• Shopee Vietnam application terms & condition applied.
• Only expenditures in Vietnamese Dong (VND) qualify to receive the Reward.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from further participation in this Campaign if such Eligible Customer has received the Reward exceeding capped amount during the Campaign Period or the Bank determine that such Eligible Customer may act in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligible Customer shall examine the Reward upon the receipt. The Reward has not been certified by the Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of the reward in this campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such reward by the Bank. The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer is dissatisfied with the Reward.
• Once the Reward is redeemed, it cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right not to refund Reward under any circumstances.
• The Bank reserves the right to retain data of the usage transaction. Eligible Customer should keep campaign participation evidence and sales slip to track usage if necessary.
• The Bank reserves the right to restrict the usage of Reward reserves and the right to debit, revoke, withdraw, cancel the Reward from Eligibility Customer’s account and/or disqualify any Eligible customer from participating the Campaign with immediate effect in the event that such Eligible Customer is found to have performed suspicious behavior, committed fraudulent, wrongful acts or illegal transactions, or provided invalid details/credentials.
• Any determination by the Bank as to whether any payment transaction qualifies as an eligible transaction under this Campaign and the decision of the Bank shall be conclusive, absolute and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever
• The Reward under this Campaign is provided on an “as is” basis and the Bank excludes and makes no warranty, expressed or implied; representation; or guarantee or endorsement of the Reward and will not assume any responsibility for the Reward offered under this Campaign.
• The Reward may be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, manufacturer and/or merchant of the relevant Reward which terms and conditions are separate from the Bank’s terms and conditions governing this Campaign. The Bank has no responsibility, liability for, or involvement connected with the services provided by service providers. Please direct inquiries to the relevant service provider or merchant.7. Total value of Reward : The total value of the Reward for the whole Campaign Period shall not exceed VND 50,000,000 (in words: Fifty Million Vietnamese Dong).
8. Other terms and conditions :
• General terms and conditions for K PLUS Online Account, K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application and KBank Debit Card will apply to all customers participating in this Campaign. For more information, please visit https://www.kasikornbank.com.vn
• Customer hereby indemnify and hold KBank harmless from any losses, liability, damage, or claims arising from or in connection with this Campaign as a result of Customer’s action in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or improper use of the Reward.
• The Reward is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits in kind. Eligible Customers cannot transfer the Reward to any other person.
• The Bank reserves (i) the right to reject Eligible Customer request for any change of the Reward and (ii) the right to cancel the Reward according to the Bank’s sole decision.
• Customer will be excluded from the reward if he/she closes the K PLUS Online Account before rewarding date.
• The customer applications for K PLUS accounts can be rejected if apply with e-mail addresses that have been registered to existing K PLUS accounts.
• Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of Eligible Customer’s eligibility and identity according to the Bank’s procedure. If the Bank at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that any of the eligibility requirements set out above was not or has not been complied with but any Reward has been received by Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right to recover any and all Reward or the value of any / all Reward from Eligible Customer.
• Eligible Customers shall receive the Reward within the period as notified by the Bank.
• Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery of Reward may be delayed in the event of any unforeseen or unexpected circumstances.
• The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customers contact details are not reachable or invalid.
• The Reward will not be replaced in the event that it is are lost, damage and stolen after the Eligible Customer receiving the Reward from the Bank.
• The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of the Bank and other media channels (if any).
• This Campaign shall not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bank. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotions and rewards of other campaign of the Bank.
• The Bank has the right at its own discretion to refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Eligible Customers that provides information, which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or violates any of the Terms and Conditions.
• The Bank has the right to suspend participation in the Campaign, if participants are not fully qualified or do not comply with regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
• The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Reward if the Bank found there is any fraudulent application/registration.
• The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability incurred or suffered by the Eligible Customer in connection with this Campaign or the use of Reward.
• The Bank may contact customer via phone number/ email registered with the Bank for further information/ clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
• The Reward shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
• Customer agrees that the Bank may use his or her personal image and information for advertising, promotion within and after the end of the Campaign to the extent permitted by laws and customer’s consent provided to the Bank.
• Eligible Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward under this Campaign by Eligible Customer. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the Terms and Conditions and will be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer.
• The Terms and Conditions governing account and banking service are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
• In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision and/or judgment on all matters will be final and binding.
• The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time or amend, modify or supplement to any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, unless specified otherwise by applicable laws.

• The Terms and Conditions is made in English and Vietnamese language. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English language text and Vietnamese language text, the Vietnamese language text shall prevail.
