Terms and Conditions of the Campaign​

 ​

“Apply K PLUS Vietnam successfully, Log in to get Garena Shell value VND 50,000”


These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation of K PLUS Online Account of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (the “Bank”). By participating in the Campaign and/or agrees to receive any promotional benefits offered by the Bank, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions shall be effective from 26 February 2024. 



1. Campaign :   Apply K PLUS Vietnam successfully, Login to get Garena Shell value VND 50,000 (the “Campaign”).
2. The Bank's promotion product :  K PLUS Online Account in K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH  (“the Bank”)

​3. Applicable area : ​  ​ Nationwide

4. Campagin period :     The Campaign period will commence from 26 February 2024 - 30 April 2024 (both days inclusive). 
(the “Campaign Period”), unless otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Reward :    New Customers who open K PLUS Online Current Account via K PLUS Vietnam Application successfully during promotion period (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customer” or “Customer"). (Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Reward”).​
                               
6. Total value of cashback reward​ :  ​VND 99,000,000 (in words: Ninety-Nine Million Vietnamese Dong)

7. Eligible customers : 
 Eligible customers are new customers who apply K PLUS Online Account via K PLUS Vietnam Application successfully during promotion period
26 February 2024 - 30 April 2024 (both days inclusive) only and input reference code ‘GSHELL’ while registering K PLUS Vietnam and get K PLUS account approval.
Conditions of Garena shells are including
o Garena Shells value VND 50,000
o Garena shells can be redeemed at https://napthe.vn/ - Shell TopUp
o Garena shells validity: 12 months since the campaign start
o Garena shells cannot be sold or exchange for cash.
o Garena shells only applies for 01 (one) purchase item. 01 (one) booking is considered as 01 (one) transaction 
This campaign is not related with other ongoing campaigns under the Bank.
Subject to this Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer this Campaign and Reward only to the Bank’s new customer (individual person)
who have never opened and/or held any type of the Bank’s K PLUS online account product before. (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customers”). 
The eligibility for the offer will be decided by the Bank.

8. Reward conditions :  
The Reward is limited to new customer only
Reward timeline: 
The cash reward VND 88,888 will be credited to the eligible customer’s K PLUS Online Account 5-15 working days after successfully open K PLUS Online Account via this campaign. 
Garena Shell redeem code value VND 50,000 will be sent into customer’s K PLUS Vietnam notification feed / message of eligible customer within 5-15 working days after successfully open K PLUS Online Account via this campaign.

9. Other terms and conditions ​ : 
 • General terms and conditions for K PLUS Online Account and K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application will apply to this campaign. For more information of each product details, please visit https://www.kasikornbank.com.vn/EN/​
​• The Reward is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other b​enefits in kind. Eligible Customers cannot transfer the Reward to any other person.  
The Bank reserves (i) the right to reject Eligible Customer request for any change of the Reward and (ii) the right to cancel the Reward according to the Bank’s sole decision.
Customer will be excluded from the reward if he/she closes the K PLUS Online Account before rewarding date. 
The customer applications for K PLUS accounts can be rejected if apply with e-mail addresses that have been registered to existing K PLUS accounts.
Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of Eligible Customer’s eligibility and identity according to the Bank’s procedure. If the Bank at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that any of the eligibility requirements set out above was not or has not been complied with but any Reward has been received by Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right to recover any and all Reward or the value of any / all Reward from Eligible Customer.
Eligible Customers shall receive the Reward within the period as notified by the Bank.
Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery of Reward may be delayed in the event of any unforeseen or unexpected circumstances. 
The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customers contact details are not reachable or invalid.
The Reward will not be replaced in the event that it is are lost, damage and stolen after the Eligible Customer receiving the Reward from the Bank.
The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of the Bank and other media channels (if any).
This Campaign shall not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bank. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotions and rewards of other campaign of the Bank.
The Bank has the right at its own discretion to refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Eligible Customers that provides information, which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or violates any of the Terms and Conditions.
The Bank has the right to suspend participation in the Campaign, if participants are not fully qualified or do not comply with regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Reward if the Bank found there is any fraudulent application/registration.
The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability incurred or suffered by the Eligible Customer in connection with this Campaign or the use of Reward.
The Bank may contact customer via phone number/ email registered with the Bank for further information/ clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
The Reward shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Customer agrees that the Bank may use his or her personal image and information for advertising, promotion within and after the end of the Campaign to the extent permitted by laws and customer’s consent provided to the Bank. 
Eligible Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward under this Campaign by Eligible Customer. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the Terms and Conditions and will be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer.
The Terms and Conditions governing account and banking service are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. 
In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision and/or judgment on all matters will be final and binding.  
The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Campaign at any time or amend, modify or supplement to any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, unless specified otherwise by applicable laws.

The Terms and Conditions is made in English and Vietnamese language. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English language text and Vietnamese language text, the Vietnamese language text shall prevail.
