Download the K PLUS Vietnam application and follow the instructions below:
1. Open KBank Account  (For customer who is new to KBank)
1.1 KBank Current Account
1.2  Take photo of ID card and do NFC Scan
1.3 Face scan
1.4 Email and phone number verification

2. ​Apply KBANK Biz Loan​ without collateral
2.1 Tap KBANK Biz Loan
2.2 Choose loan credit and the tenor for repayment
2.3 Fill in your shop’s information
2.4 E-sign contract
2 .5 Upload 6-months of bank statement, VNeID screenshot, copy of household business registration certificate and invoice from supplier

​​Eligible Customers

The customers must meet all the following conditions.

1. Customers who apply KBANK Biz Loan without collateral during 1st - 30th April 2024 
2. Customers must get loan approve and make on time loan repayment for first 3-months payment. 

They must have​ the credit history as normal status, no late on the cashback transferred date. The eligibility criteria will be s​ubject to the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.​

Promotion Reward and Conditions
•  Exclusive for the first 10,000 applications who applied within the promotion period.
  Only KBANK Biz Loan without collateral Customer
•  Rewa​rd will be calculated by 50% of interest paid within first 3-months installment payments.
•  Each customer will be eligible for cashback reward only 1 (one) time during this campaign period.
•  If the customers are entitled to more than 1 sales promotion program during the same period customers agree and consent KBank to further contact to provide more details relating to the sales promotion
•  Reward announcement will be within 15 working days of 3rd payment via SMS registered with the Bank
•  Reward delivery: Cashback reward will be transferred into customer’s K PLUS Online account of Eligible Customer

•  Customers must get loan approved, make on time loan repayment for first 3-months payment. They must have the credit history as normal status, no late on the cashback transferred date.
•  Eligible Customer will be excluded from reward if he/she disables K Plus Online Account before reward announcement date.
•  The Bank will not be responsible in notifying the Eligible Customer should reward have reached the maximum capping of reward allocated.
•  The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from further participation in this Promotion if such Eligible Customer has received Reward exceeding capped amount during the Promotion Period or the Bank determine that such Eligible Customer may act in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
•  Eligible Customer shall examine the Reward upon the receipt. The Reward has not been certified by the Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of the Reward in this Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such reward by the Bank. The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer is dissatisfied with the Reward.​
General Conditions
•  The Bank reserves (i) the right to reject the Eligible Customer’s request for any change of the Reward and (ii) the right to change or cancel all or any part of the Reward according to the Bank’s sole decision.
•  Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of the Eligible Customer’s eligibility and identity according to the Bank’s procedure. If the Bank at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that any of the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions was not or has not been complied with, consequently any Reward has been received by the Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right to immediately recover any and all Reward or the value of any or all Reward from such Eligible Customer.
•  The Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery of Reward may be delayed in the event of any unforeseen or unexpected circumstances and the Bank shall not be liable to any Eligible Merchant for any damages in such circumstances.
•  The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer’s contact details are not reachable or invalid.
•  The Promotion’s contents will be announced in the media of the Bank and other media channels (if any).
•  The Promotion shall not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bank. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotions and rewards of other campaign of the Bank.
•  The Bank has the right at its own discretion to refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Eligible Customers that provides information, which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or violates the Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
•  The Bank has the right to immediately suspend the participation in the Promotion, if a participant is not fully qualified or do not comply with regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
•  The Bank reserves (i) the right to immediately cancel and/or recover all or any of the Reward without giving prior notice to the Eligible Customer and (ii) the right to claim for loss and damages from the Eligible Cust​omer if the Bank found that there is any fraudulent application/registration under this Promotion.
•  The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability incurred or suffered by any Eligible Customer and/or person in connection with this Promotion or the Reward.
•  The Bank may contact Eligible Customer via phone number/SMS/email registered with the Bank for further information, clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
•  The Reward shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
•  Eligible Customer agrees that the Bank may use his/her personal image and information for advertising and/or promotion within and after the end of the Promotion Period to the extent permitted by laws and customer’s consent provided to the Bank.
•  The Eligible Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward under this Campaign by the Eligible Customer. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the Terms and Conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Merchant.
•  The terms and conditions governing deposit account and banking service related to the Promotion are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
•  The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
•  In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision and/or judgment on all matters will be final and binding.
•  The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time or amend, modify or supplement to any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, unless specified otherwise by applicable laws.
