How can I join the Lucky Draw, and how are the entry tickets calculated?
  • Campaign Period: October 14 – December 31, 2024
  • For Existing K PLUS Online Account Holders (accounts opened before the campaign start date):
  • Deposit Funds: Simply deposit or maintain money into your Current or Term Deposit account. For every 100,000 VND of your average month-end balance, you'll earn 1 entry into the lucky draw.
  • Make Transactions: Pay bills, top up your mobile via K PLUS mobile banking application, or make purchases using your debit or credit card during the campaign period. For every 100,000 VND spent each month, you'll get another entry.
  • The balance calculation will count all days within the month.
  • For New Customers: First, open a K PLUS online account, then:
  • Deposit Funds: Add money to your Current or Term Deposit account. You'll receive 1 entry for every 100,000 VND of your average month-end balance.
  • Make Transactions: Pay bills, top up your mobile via K PLUS mobile banking application, or make purchases using your debit or credit card during the campaign period. For every 100,000 VND spent each month, you'll get another entry.
  • The balance calculation will count from your account opening date to the end of that month.
  • Note: All transactions must be in Vietnamese Dong, and participants must be Vietnamese citizens.
How are tickets allocated, and when will the winners be announced?
  • You can earn an unlimited number of Lucky codes per month or for the entire campaign. Moreover, your Lucky code from the previous Lucky round will carry over to the next round until the end of the campaign.
  • Winner Announcement Schedule:
  • Round 1: November 19, 2024
  • Round 2: December 17, 2024
  • Round 3: January 14, 2025
  • Winners will be notified through K PLUS Vietnam In-App notifications and on the Bank’s website.
How can I check my updated number of Lucky Codes?
  • KBank will send updates on your number of Lucky Codes via K PLUS in-app notifications.
  • October Lucky Draw Round: The number of Lucky Codes will be updated on October 21 and 29. The final eligible number of Lucky Codes will be announced on November 14-15.
  • November Lucky Draw Round: The number of Lucky Codes will be updated on November 14, 21, and 28. The final eligible number of Lucky Codes will be announced via K PLUS on December 12-13.
  • December Lucky Draw Round: The number of Lucky Codes will be updated on December 13, 19, and 27. The final eligible number of Lucky Codes will be announced via K PLUS on January 13-14.
What are the prizes?
  • Each winner will receive a 0.1 tael 24K gold necklace branded by PNJ, valued at 10,516,000 VND each. A total of 300 necklaces will be given away during the campaign!
Are there any transactions that don't count towards earning entry tickets?
  • Yes, the following transactions are excluded:
  • QR transfers, fund transfers, and ATM withdrawals.
  • Transactions with specific Merchant Category Codes, such as money transfers, gambling, and investment funds.
Do I need to pay any taxes or fees on the reward?
  • No worries! The Bank will cover all taxes and fees, including personal income tax, required by law. Any other costs not specified in the Terms and Conditions will be the winner’s responsibility.
What documents are needed to claim a prize?
  • To claim your prize, please provide the following:
  • Your phone number registered with K PLUS Vietnam.
  • A valid Citizen ID Card (CMT).
  • Proof of address (household or temporary residence booklet).
  • Your personal tax code.
  • A completed reward receipt document.
