Tricks
- Fraudsters send message via SMS/Email/Zalo/Facebook/Telegram/Viber requiring customers to access a
fake KBank website or install a fake KBank app by clicking on the link or scanning the QR code with the purpose of getting mobile device accessibility, stealing personal data and account information.
- Create
fake KBank Facebook groups/pages for false advertising KBank's services/promotions.
- Require customers
pay referral/loan fee to KBank respresentative respresentative or Inform that customer input wrong information and have to
deposit some money for verification to irrelevant account with a promise this amount will be refund when disburse the loan.

- Only install directly KBank apps from trusted source e.g. App store/Google Play/ HUAWEI AppGallery With developer KASIKORNBANK PCL; all apps using Kbank Brandname without this developer are fake.
- KBank does not require customers to pay any referral or loan applying fee and does not request customer to pay any fees via personal account or staff account.
