Fraudsters employ a variety of tactics. It is essential to stay vigilant in order to ensure the safety of your money
Behavior:
The fraudster uses a landline phone number (especially the prefix 028.555x.xxxx) and adds Zalo/Telegram/Messenger to impersonate KBank employees to advise on card-related services (limit increase, installment transfer, cash withdrawal, expiry date, waive annual fee,etc.).
Fraudsters persuade customers to provide personal information, card pictures and OTP codes to appropriate money.
Recommend:
Absolutely do not share/capture screen sensitive information such as CCCD, card, or OTP code to others via social networks (Zalo/Telegram/Messenger...) or download and provide the above information via mobile applications, websites or links provided by fraudsters.
