Branch Credit Operation - Digital Lending

Job Description

  • Track data and case loan in web portal to share out each team.
  • Receive request from Contact Center, assign to the person in charge main role and follow the result.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal staff to make sure all things run smoothly.
  • Perform credit approval process as a maker for retail digital lending product i.e., household business loan, personal loan, revolving loan, check credit policy, check credit bureau, verify customer income, calculate credit scoring, Calculate credit line assignment and debt burden.
  • Set up and prepare customer information in both KBank and Vietnam system.
  • Perform credit servicing operations e.g., send payment reminder to customer, monitor term and condition of credit and suspicious transaction.
  • Summarize and prepare reports e.g., end-of-day or end-of-month reports, operations and internal control reports, and regulatory reports submitting to National Credit Information Center of Vietnam (CIC), the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), and KBank for Bank of Thailand (BOT) reporting.
  • Collaborate with KBank Headquarter teams to support changes in products, process, policy, and system to enhance operations efficiency and productivity.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree of accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking product, credit operations, or retail credit products.
  • 1-2 years of experience of using Database Tools such as SQL, Power BI is preferable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and good commands in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
