  • 1. Exclusively for customers who apply to KBank Payroll account and open a K PLUS online account with a "PRS" referral code from 1 September 2024-31 October 2024 and receive the 1st salary credited to the KBank Payroll account successfully, regardless of the minimum amount of salary within 30 days after the payroll account registration is completed.
  • 2. Customers must select only 1 benefit option in registration form of the first stage of applying K PLUS payroll account either to get insurance premium cashback benefit or cash reward.
    • 2.1 Customers who select insurance premium cashback:
      - Customers must select and purchase either a Personal Accident Insurance or Health Insurance from 12 listed companies.
      -Customers must submit an e-Invoice number from the Insurance issuer official website for KBank to validate the conditions for insurance premium cashback redemption.
      - Name on the e-Invoice must be the same as the customer’s name in the K PLUS Online Account.
      - Either a Personal Accident Insurance premium or Health Insurance premium paid during the eligible period. The eligible period is 30 days prior to the first payroll transaction date or 30 days after the payroll transaction date.
    • 2.2 Customers who select cash reward:
      - The cash reward will be 150,000 VND per month and will be paid in total 2 consecutive months (not exceeded 300,000 VND )throughout the Campaign period.
      - The first 150,000 VND cash reward payment will be paid after the first salary transaction is credited to the K PLUS current account.
      - The second 150,000 VND cash reward payment will be paid after the second salary transaction is credited to the K PLUS current account.
  • 3. KBank debit card cashback:
    - Customers can get up to 5% cashback every time when spending via their KBank Debit Card up to 500,000 VND during the campaign on specified categories, based on list as determined by the Bank, including grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, drug stores and pharmacies.
    - Cashback amount will be calculated from accumulated spending of the bill payment/top up transaction in accordance with the Bank terms and conditions.
  • 4. The Bank reserves the right to transfer cashback to the customer’s K PLUS Online Account.

Eligible Customers
  • Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer the Campaign and Reward (as defined below) only to the selected Bank’s existing customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Customer”) who fulfill all the following conditions:
  • 1. Customer must be an individual customer who has opened his/her K PLUS Online Account and newly apply the Bank payroll service within the Campaign Period.
  • 2. Customer shall have only 1 (one) KBank Payroll account to participate in the Campaign and his/her KBank Payroll account must be active throughout the Campaign Period.
  • 3. Customer’s salary must be credited to his/her KBank Payroll account successfully, regardless of the minimum amount of salary.
  • 4. The first payroll transaction must be proceeded and completed within 30 days after the payroll account registration is completed. If not, customer must content the bank to delay the first payroll transaction to be eligible to join Campaign. Otherwise, the reward eligibility will be null.
  • 5. His/her K PLUS Online Account and KBank Payroll Account must not be terminated or closed and/or be invalid or cancelled as determined by the Bank throughout the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Reward.
  • 6. Applicable area - From 1- 31 October 204 included 62 provinces except Hanoi. (For Hanoi promotion will start from 10 - 31 October 2024
  • The eligibility criteria will be subject to the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.
Promotion Rewards
  • The reward under this Campaign are as follows:
  • 1. KBank Debit Card Privileges

    - Exclusive for Eligible Customer who applies for KBank Payroll Service is eligible to receive KBank Debit Card benefits.

    - Free of issuance fee and annual fee for new KBank Debit Card registered in 2024.

    - No fee when withdrawing cash from any ATM with VISA logo in Vietnam.

    - Up to 5% cashback every time when spending via KBank Debit Card up to 500,000 VND during the Campaign Period on specified categories based on list as determined by the Bank including grocery stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurant, drug stores and pharmacies. The cashback period will commence from 4 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both days inclusive).

    - No card replacement fee for one-time replacement of KBank Debit Card.

    - This promotion Campaign is eligible for KBank Debit cardholders (primary card) only
  • 2. Personal Accident Insurance/Health Insurance or cash reward

    Individual customers must select only 1 (one) benefit option in registration form of the first stage of applying K PLUS payroll account either to get insurance premium cashback benefit or cash reward.

    Selected 1 (one) benefit option cannot be changed after the benefit selection was made.
  • 2.1 Personal Accident Insurance/ Health Insurance

    - Exclusive for customers who apply for KBank Payroll Service is eligible to receive insurance benefits. Eligible Customers need to select and pay for insurance from the listed 11 insurance companies then customers will be able to reimburse the insurance premium from KBank later.

    - Either Personal Accident Insurance premium or Health Insurance premium paid during eligible period. Eligible period is 30 days prior to the first payroll transaction date or 30 days after payroll transaction date.

    - Upon requested by the Bank. Insurer's corporate information and documents e.g. e-invoice number, tax number is required by the Bank for validation and verification. The name on e-invoice must be the same with customer name in K PLUS Online Account.

    - Amount of insurance premium reimbursement

    - Eligible Customer with Salary less than 33 million VND can get premium reimbursement maximum of 300,000 VND.

    - Customer with Salary at least 33 million VND can get premium reimbursement maximum of 1,000,000 VND.

    - Each customer is eligible for the Reward reimbursement only 1 (one) time during the Promotion period.

    - Reward delivery: Reimbursement will be transferred to K PLUS Online Account of the Eligible Customer within 14 working days after the first payroll date or redemption date whichever date is later.
  • 2.2 Cash reward

    - Exclusive for customers who apply for KBank Payroll Service is eligible to receive cash reward. With a condition to apply this service during 1 September 2024 – 31 October 2024 and receive first payroll transaction within 30 days after the payroll account registration is completed.

    - The cash reward will be 150,000 VND per month and will be paid in total 2 consecutive months (not exceeded 300,000 VND throughout the Campaign period.

    - The first 150,000 VND cash reward payment will be paid after the first salary transaction is credited to the K PLUS current account.

    - The second 150,000 VND cash reward payment will be paid after the second salary transaction is credited to the K PLUS current account.

    - Reward delivery: Cash rewards will be transferred to K PLUS current account of the Eligible Customer within 14 working days after the end of each salary transactions' month.

    - Each customer will be eligible for the cash reward under this campaign limited to 1 (one) right per 1 (one) customer throughout the Campaign period. (collectively referred to as the “Reward”).

    - Each selected Eligible Customer who meets eligibility criteria and comply with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive Rewards, subject to the Bank's sole and absolute discretion.

Conditions
  • - KBank debit card cashback: cashback amount will be calculated from accumulated spending of the debit card transaction in accordance with the Bank’s sole decision. Cashback shall be credited only to the Eligible Customer’s K PLUS Online Account linked to K PLUS Payroll Account which was used to perform the qualified transaction within 14 working days after the end of the month according to the transaction date that the linked account must not be blocked and/or closed at the time of crediting

    - Insurance premium cashback: cash back reward shall be credited only to the Eligible Customer’s K PLUS Online Account linked to K PLUS Payroll Account which was used to perform the qualified transaction within 14 (fourteen) working days after customer submits the proof of insurance purchased that the linked account must not be blocked and/or closed at the time of crediting.

    - Cash reward: cash reward shall be credited only to the Eligible Customer’s K PLUS online account linked to K PLUS Payroll Account which was used to perform the qualified transaction within 14 (fourteen) working days after the end of each salary transactions’ month that linked account must not be blocked and/or closed at the time of crediting.

    - The Bank will not be responsible in notifying the Eligible Customer should the Reward have reached the maximum capping of the Reward allocated.

    - Only expenditures in VND qualify to receive the Reward.

    - The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from further participation in this Campaign if such Eligible Customer has received the Reward exceeding capped amount during the Campaign Period or the Bank determine that such Eligible Customer may act in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

    - Eligible Customer shall examine the Reward upon the receipt. The Reward has not been certified by the Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of the reward in this Campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such reward by the Bank. The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer is dissatisfied with the Reward.

    - Once the Reward is redeemed, it cannot be changed or canceled. The Bank reserves the right not to refund Reward under any circumstances.

    - The Bank reserves the right to retain data of the usage transaction. Eligible Customer should keep campaign participation evidence and sales slip to track usage if necessary.

    - The Bank reserves the right to restrict the usage of Reward reserves and the right to debit, revoke, withdraw, cancel the Reward from Eligibility Customer’s account and/or disqualify any Eligible customer from participating the Campaign with immediate effect in the event that such Eligible Customer is found to have performed suspicious behavior, committed fraudulent, wrongful acts or illegal transactions, or provided invalid details/credentials.

    - Any determination by the Bank as to whether any payment transaction qualifies as an eligible transaction under this Campaign and the decision of the Bank shall be conclusive, absolute and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever.

    - The Reward under this Campaign is provided on an “as is” basis and the Bank excludes and makes no warranty, expressed or implied; representation; or guarantee or endorsement of the Reward and will not assume any responsibility for the Reward offered under this Campaign.

    - The Reward may be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier, manufacturer and/or merchant of the relevant Reward which terms and conditions are separate from the Bank’s terms and conditions governing this Campaign. The Bank has no responsibility, liability for, or involvement connected with the services provided by service providers. Please direct inquiries to the relevant service provider or merchant.

    - The Bank is not an insurer. Therefore, terms and conditions imposed by each insurer may apply to insurance approval. The Company and the Eligible Customer must read and study the terms and conditions carefully.

    - The Eligible Customer has an obligation to declare facts when applying for the insurance. Concealment or a false declaration may cause the insurers to void and deny the payment of compensations under the policy.

    - The Bank reserves the right to terminate the account leading to termination of coverage if fraudulent behavior by the Eligible Customer is discovered.
