Promotion Details​​​
1.  Exclusive for customers who apply for KBank Homeloan during 1st May 2024 – 31st May 2024, have disbursement within 30th June 2024.

2.  Customers must get loan approve and make on time loan repayment for first 3-month​ payment.
3.  Cashback 100% of first 3-month interest payment with maximum 67,000,000 VND per customer and Collateral Appraisal Fee with maximum 5,000,000 VND per customer.            
4.  The Bank reserves the right to transfer cashback to the customer’s K PLUS Online Account.  ​

​​Eligible Customers

Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the Bank reserves the right to offer the Promotion and Reward (as defined below) only to the selected Bank’s customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Customer”) who fulfill all the following conditions:

1. Customers who apply KBank Homeloan during 1st May 2024 – 31st May 2024, have disbursement within 30th June 2024 and make repayment on time. 
2. Customers must get loan approval and make on time loan repayment for first 3-month payment. Customers must have the credit history as normal status, no late on the cashback transferred date.

The eligibility for the Campaign and Reward will be subject to the Bank’s sole discretion. 

Promotion Reward and Conditions​
Promotion Reward: the reward under this Promotion is as follows:
  100% of interest cashback of first 3-month interest payment with maximum 67,000,000 VND per customer (in words: Sixty Seven  Million Vietnamese Dong) and Collateral Appraisal Fee with maximum 5,000,000 VND per customer (in words: Five Million Vietnamese Dong)

(Collectively referred to as the “Reward”).

Conditions
•  Exclusive for customers who apply the first 2​​0 applications who applied KBank Homeloan within the Promotion Period.
          Each customer will be eligible for the Reward only 1 (one) time during the Promotion Period.
•  If a customer is entitled to more than 1 sales promotion program during the same period, the customer agrees and consents for the Bank to further contact to provide more details relating to the sales promotion.
•  Reward egibility will be announced to the customer within 15 working days of 3rd payment via SMS to the phone number registered with the Bank by the customer.
•  Reward delivery: the Reward will be transferred into customer’s K PLUS Online account of Eligible Customer.
•  Reward timeline: Bank reserve right to transfer cashback to customer’s KPLUS Online Account as period below:

•  Eligible Customer will be excluded from reward if his/her K PLUS Online Account K Plus Online Account must not be terminated, closed, invalid and/ or cancelled throughout the Promotion Period and/or awarding the Reward.
•  Eligible Customer will be excluded from reward if he/she deactivated their K Plus Online Account before reward announcement date.
•  The Bank will not be responsible in notifying the Eligible Customer should reward have reached the maximum capping of reward allocated.
•  The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from further participation in this Promotion if such Eligible Customer has received Reward exceeding capped amount during the Promotion Period or the Bank determine that such Eligible Customer may act in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
•  The Bank reserves (i) the right to reject the Eligible Customer’s request for any change of the Reward and (ii) the right to change or cancel all or any part of the Reward according to the Bank’s sole decision in compliance with the applicable laws.
•  Awarding of Reward is subject to verification of the Eligible Customer’s eligibility and identity according to the Bank’s procedure. If the Bank at any time determines (at its sole and absolute discretion) that any of the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions was not or has not been complied with, consequently any Reward has been received by the Eligible Customer, the Bank reserves the right to immediately recover any and all Reward or the value of any or all Reward from such Eligible Customer.
•  The Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that the delivery of Reward may be delayed in the event of force majeur and the Bank shall not be liable to any Eligible Customer for any damages in such circumstances. 
•  The Bank shall not be responsible nor be liable if the Eligible Customer’s contact details are not reachable or invalid.
•  The Promotion’s contents will be announced in the media of the Bank and other media channels (if any).
•  The Promotion shall not be applicable in conjunction with other promotions of the Bank. The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotions and rewards of other campaign of the Bank.
•  The Bank has the right at its own discretion to refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Eligible Customers that provides information, which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or violates the Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
•  The Bank has the right to immediately suspend the participation in the Promotion, if a participant is not fully qualified or do not comply with regulations or conditions set by the Bank.
•  The Bank reserves (i) the right to immediately cancel and/or recover all or any of the Reward without giving prior notice to the Eligible Customer and (ii) the right to claim for loss and damages from the Eligible Customer if the Bank found that there is any fraudulent application/registration under this Promotion.
•  The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability incurred or suffered by any Eligible Customer and/or person in connection with this Promotion or the Reward to the extent permitted by laws.
•  The Bank may contact Eligible Customer via phone number/SMS/email registered with the Bank for further information, clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
•  The Reward shall be void where restricted or prohibited by law.
•  Eligible Customer agrees that the Bank may collect, process and use his/her personal image and information (including his/her personal data and personal data of other person that Eligible Customer provides to the Bank) for advertising and/or promotion purposes in a manner consistent with the Bank’s Privacy Policy, which may be accessible via the Bank’s website, within and after the end of the Promotion Period to the extent permitted by laws and customer’s consent provided to the Bank. 
•  The Eligible Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward under this Promotion by the Eligible Customer. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the Terms and Conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer.
•  The terms and conditions governing deposit account and banking service related to the Promotion are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. 
•  The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
•  In case of dispute, the Bank’s decision and/or judgment on all matters will be final and binding.
•  The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time or amend, modify or supplement to any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice, unless specified otherwise by applicable laws.
