• Eligible Customers: Existing customers (referrer) who refer new referees / new customers to register K PLUS Vietnam Application successfully and have first-time transaction via K PLUS Online Account successfully. Accordingly, referee must input “the mobile phone number of referrer that registered K PLUS” as referral code while registering K PLUS Vietnam.

VND 50,000 (In words: fifty thousand Vietnam Dong) for referrer per 1 new success referred customer / referee who
register and log in K PLUS Vietnam within campaign period from
1-31 May 2024.
• Referral fee cash reward value at VND 20,000 (In words: Twenty thousand Vietnam Dong) when 1 referred customer / referee become an active customer by having first-time transaction (mobile top-up or bill payment)
via K PLUS Vietnam within campaign period from 1 May – 5 June 2024.
• Additional monthly bonus referral cash reward;
1. Step #1 Get 150,000 VND when successfully inviting total 30 active customers*.
2. Step #2 Get 900,000 VND when successfully inviting total 90 active customers*.
3. Step #3 Get 2,250,000 VND when successfully inviting total 150 active customers*.
4. Step #4 Get 4,200,000 VND when successfully inviting total 210 active customers*.
5. Step #5 Get 9,000,000 VND when successfully inviting total 300 active customers*.
6. Step #6 Get 18,000,000 VND when successfully inviting total 600 active customers or above*.
*Active customer is the customer who successfully log in and make a first bill payment or mobile top-up transaction within 1 May – 5 June 2024.
For Example, if the referrer can inviting total 120 active customers, it means that the referrer will receive the bonus referral cash reward at 900,000 VND.
1) Each Eligible Customer can only receive 01 (one) time reward per 1 referred customer with unlimited of inviting new referred customers.
2) The Campaign is applicable to existing customers (referrer) who refer new referees / new customers to downloads K PLUS Vietnam Application and opens K PLUS Online Account successfully.
3) Customers will not be given referral fee if the referees/new customers register their K PLUS accounts with email address that are already registered to another K PLUS accounts.
4) The referees/new customer applications for K PLUS accounts can be rejected if apply with e-mail addresses that have been registered to existing K PLUS accounts.
5) Customer will be excluded from the reward if he/she closes the K PLUS Online Account before rewarding date.
6) The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH and KOLs.

8) All decisions made by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH in relation to the Campaign, including the results of the Customer receiving promotions during this Campaign are official and final.
9) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH is responsible for the accuracy of the issuance of proof of the outcome of the Reward being given to the Customer.
10) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may at its own discretion refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Customer who has provided information which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
11) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may contact Customer via phone number/ email registered with KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH for further information/ clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
12) Customer agrees that KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may use his or her personal image and information for advertising, promotion within and after the end of the Campaign without any further consent from the Customer.
13) When KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH deems necessary, KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may replace the Reward with other promotional benefits having the same values but not exceeding the Reward value in any case.
14) Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward of this Campaign by Customer.
15) In case of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Campaign, the Bank and Customer shall cooperate to find an amicable resolution. If the parties fail to reach such resolution, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with laws of Vietnam.
16) The Terms and Conditions governing account and banking service are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
17) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such amendments (if any) shall be notified or registered as required by applicable laws prior to implementation.
18) The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign is made in English and Vietnamese. In case of any discrepancy/ inconsistency between English and Vietnamese, the Vietnamese version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy/inconsistency.
