These Terms and Conditions take effective from 1 April 2024
Customer is advised to note that when Customer participates in the Campaign or agrees to receive any promotional benefits offered by the Campaign, it is deemed that Customer has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
1. Campaign name : “Get cash reward 60,000 VND when your friend successfully registers K PLUS Vietnam and maximum bonus up to 127 M. VND” (“Campaign”).
2. Promotion goods or services : K PLUS Online Account is opened by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH (“Bank”).
3. Applicable area : Nationwide
4. Promotion period : from 1 April – 30 April 2024 (both days inclusive). The Campaign may end earlier if the total budget is exhausted.
5. Goods and services used for promotion : Cash reward credited into customer’s K PLUS Online account
6. Total value of goods and services used for promotion : around VND 99,000,000 (In words: ninety-nine million Vietnam Dong.)
7. Eligible customers :
• This promotion is offered to existing customers (referrer) who refer new customers (referees) to download K PLUS Vietnam application
and opens K PLUS Online Account successfully (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customer” or “Customer").
8. Promotion details :
• Eligible Customers: Existing customers (referrer) who refer new referees / new customers to downloads K PLUS Vietnam Application and opens K PLUS Online Account successfully. Accordingly, referee must input “the mobile phone number of referrer that registered K PLUS” as referral code while registering K PLUS Vietnam.
• Referrer to receive;
• Referral fee cash reward value at VND 60,000 (In words: Sixty thousand Vietnam Dong) for referrer per 1 new success referred customer / referee who register K PLUS within campaign period from 1-30 April 2024.
• Additional Daily bonus referral cash reward;
1. Daily invite friends reach to 5 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 25,000 VND or
2. Daily invite friends reach to 10 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 70,000 VND
3. Daily invite friends reach to 20 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 180,000 VND
4. Daily invite friends reach to 30 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 360,000 VND
5. Daily invite friends reach to 40 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 640,000 VND
6. Daily invite friends reach to 50 new success referred customers / referees per day Get 1,100,000 VND
• The referrer can invite unlimited number of referee
• Cash Reward timeline:
o The referral cash reward will be transferred into K PLUS Online account of eligible Customer / referrer after the referee/new customer successfully downloaded K PLUS Vietnam and input referrer’s mobile phone number that registered K PLUS Vietnam correctly while registering the application.
o The standard referral cash reward will be credited into referrer’s K PLUS Vietnam Online account by 30 April and 16 May 2024.
o Additional Daily bonus referral cash reward will be summarized and credited into K PLUS Online account by 16 May 2024.
9. Other terms and conditions :
1) Each Eligible Customer can only receive 01 (one) time reward per 1 referred customer with unlimited of inviting new referred customers.
2) The Campaign is applicable to existing customers (referrer) who refer new referees / new customers to downloads K PLUS Vietnam Application and opens K PLUS Online Account successfully.
3) Customers will not be given referral fee if the referees/new customers register their K PLUS accounts with email address that are already registered to another K PLUS accounts.
4) The referees/new customer applications for K PLUS accounts can be rejected if apply with e-mail addresses that have been registered to existing K PLUS accounts.
5) Customer will be excluded from the reward if he/she closes the K PLUS Online Account before rewarding date.
6) The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH and KOLs.

8) All decisions made by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH in relation to the Campaign, including the results of the Customer receiving promotions during this Campaign are official and final.
9) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH is responsible for the accuracy of the issuance of proof of the outcome of the Reward being given to the Customer.
10) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may at its own discretion refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Customer who has provided information which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
11) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may contact Customer via phone number/ email registered with KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH for further information/ clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
12) Customer agrees that KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may use his or her personal image and information for advertising, promotion within and after the end of the Campaign without any further consent from the Customer.
13) When KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH deems necessary, KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may replace the Reward with other promotional benefits having the same values but not exceeding the Reward value in any case.
14) Customer shall be responsible for any relevant taxes and fees (including but not limited to personal income tax), if applicable, as required by applicable laws, arising out of or relating to the receipt of Reward of this Campaign by Customer.
15) In case of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Campaign, the Bank and Customer shall cooperate to find an amicable resolution. If the parties fail to reach such resolution, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with laws of Vietnam.
16) The Terms and Conditions governing account and banking service are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
17) KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such amendments (if any) shall be notified or registered as required by applicable laws prior to implementation.
18) The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign is made in English and Vietnamese. In case of any discrepancy/ inconsistency between English and Vietnamese, the Vietnamese version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy/inconsistency.
