This card is linked to your CASA Account at KBank. Thereby, you can make withdrawals, spend, purchase goods and services.

You must be a Vietnamese citizen over 18 years old and you just need to register on our K PLUS Vietnam mobile app.

All you need:​

(i) to be a Vietnamese citizen over 18 years of age with a valid Vietnamese ID,

​​(ii) to have an iOS or Android smartphon​e with K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application installed,

(iii) to have valid mailing address in Vietnam (for card delivery).

For an existing K PLUS Vietnam customer, you can ap​ply for the debit card via your K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application. Once your debit card request is approved, your physical debit card will be delivered​, free of charge, to your (Vietnam) mailing address within 2 weeks.

For a new K PLUS Vietnam customer, once you installed and your request for K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking is approved, your physical debit card will be delivered, free of charge, to your (Vietnam) mailing address within 2 weeks.

Yes, you can go to KBank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch to register to open a card directly over the counter. 

Your new debit card will be mailed to your address within 2 weeks after your debit card request is approved.

Please ensure that you input your mailing address clearly and correctly.

Check the notification in your K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application and look for your debit card approval notification.

The notification will provide you with a “Shipment Tracking Number", which you can use to track your card shipment.

Once your Debit card is approved, KBank will send you a notification along with "Tracking Bill" through your K PLUS Vietnam mobile app.

(i) login your K PLUS Vietnam, and

(ii) find notices, and

(iii) click on the link in the message or enter "Shipment Tracking Number" on the tracking website to track your shipment.

You can withdraw cash from your KBank Online Account at any ATM with the VISA logo in Vietnam and around the world.

At the same time, you can use your KBank Debit Card to purchase goods or services from online stores in Vietnam and more than 200 countries around the world.

*For transactions (withdrawals / purchases) abroad, the customer must be a fully identified customer (full KYC) of KBank Vietnam.

2. Via Video Call

You can follow these steps​

1) Book date and time you would like to do a video call with contact center by contact KASIKORNBANK Contact Center (028) 3821 8888 from 8 am to 8 pm. Everyday.

2) Once the date and time is confirmed, you will receive appointment confirmation with video call link in K PLUS application within next business day.

3) Install Ms Teams (if you not have)

4) On the appointment date, please have your ID card ready and click on the video call link. (Please make sure to download and install MS Team before appointment date).

5) The link will direct you to MS Team application.

6) KBank staff will enter the room and ask identification questions then you will be asked to present your ID card, both front and back. The staff will capture photo of your ID card for verification.

7) You will receive upgrading confirmation within next business day via email.​

Yes, you can buy goods or services at more than 80 million stores online as well as in person, in Vietnam and more than 200 countries around the world.

E-Commerce transactions can be used using a service authenticated by VISA (VBV)​.

Yes. There is an online banking transaction limit of VND 100 million/month, for customers who have not completed KYC fully with KBank Vietnam​.

For customers who have fully completed KYC, the transaction limit is 3 billion VND/day.

Daily/monthly limits apply depending on customer segment​.

For e-KYC customers:

- The total monthly cumulative transaction limit is up to 100 million VND.​

- Withdrawal transactions do not exceed 100 million VND per day.

- Online spending transactions do not exceed 100 million VND per day.

- Payment transactions via POS must not exceed 100 million VND per day.

For Full KYC customers:

- Total daily cumulative transaction limit on K Plus is up to 3 billion VND.​

- Cash withdrawal transactions up to a limit of VND 100 million per day.

- Online spending transaction limit up to 100 million VND per day.

- Payment transaction limit via POS is up to 100 million VND per day.​

For your convenience, there are 2 ways to activate your debit card:

1) Start your K PLUS Vietnam Mobile Application, select "Debit Card Icon" in Banking menu, you will see "Debit Card" home menu. By selecting “KBank Debit Plus”, it will bring you to debit card activation step; or

2) Scan QR code inside the mail that is sent to you by KBank, it will bring you to debit card activation step.

To activate your KBank debit card, you need to input the following information;

1) Your K PLUS Vietnam 6-digit PIN,

2) SMS OTP to verify,

3) Last 4 digit of your (physical) debit card,

4) Set and confirm your 6-digit ATM PIN.

Please waiting for 5 minutes and trying to activate your debit card again or you can contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam for further support.

1) Temporary Lock/ Unlock of your debit card.

2) Reset/ Change your ATM PIN. 

You can reset your ATM PIN through your K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application.​ 

In your K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application:​

1) Select "debit card Icon" in Banking menu,

2) You will see "debit card" home menu, by selecting "KBank Debit PLUS" and

3) You will be in "My Card" menu.

4) You can change your debit card PIN number through "Reset PIN" menu.

3) You will be in "My Card" menu

4) You can lock or unlock your debit card in "Lock Card" menu by on/off toggle button​

You should reset your ATM PIN in K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application. Your debit card will be disabled after 3 fail attemps of PIN trial, for the security purpose.

When your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately lock your debit card through K PLUS Vietnam mobile banking application and immediately contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam to report the lost/ stolen card.

1) logging into your K Plus Vietnam mobile banking application. Select "Man​age Cards" and then (temporary) lock your card; or

2) contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam for further assistance.​

Ensure that the ATM is with VISA logo.

If it is the case, then the error may be due to the ATM or the intermediary system. Please try to make the transaction again at another time or you can contact 24/7 K-Contact Center Vietnam for further support.​​
