KBank Biz Loan is a household business loan for individual, households who need to borrow for business as a multi-purpose usage from KBank. It is a loan for one-time drawn down and does not require collateral.

1.Download KBank Loan App from AppStore or Google Play Store​


2.Click apply and put mobile phone number for user verification

3.Scan ID card

4.Fill-in application

5.Upload document

It takes about 5-7 business days after KBank receives the completed document. Once approved, you’ll receive your funds transferring to your KPlus Online Account or other bank accounts as you specified in the loan application.

You can transfer money to your KPlus Online Account. The money will be auto-debited via the KPlus Online Account for loan repayment.

30 days after receiving the approval result.​

- Customer who owns the merchant on KBank’s partnership.

- Partnership Companies: Sendo, KiotViet, iPOS, Haravan, BePOS and SmartPay.

You can not apply for the digital lending products or any new services of KBank Vietnam until the ID card expiry date is updated.

You can update your new identification card by sending email to VN_KBank@kasikornbank.com (Free of charge) as follow steps:

Step 1. Subject: Request to update new identification card

Step 2. Content:

Dear KBank,

My name (EN): ....

Mobile number: ....

Request Kbank update my ID number from: ...... to: .........

Step 3. Attached below files as jpg, png or pdf format:

- Front side and back side photo of new ID in email body

- Clear selfie photo

- And in case of changing your name/lastname, you also have to submit changed name/lastname document. (Appointment letter verified by SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM).

The result will be notified on the next business day via in-app notification.

In case the request to update new ID card is not approved, you can reapply it. But please make sure to prepare the correct ID card, to take clear selfie photo and changed name document (Appointment letter verified by SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM) (if any) for verification.
