“Happy March 2023 with K PLUS VIETNAM"
These Terms and Conditions take effective from 1 March 2023
Customer is advised to note that when Customer participates in the Campaign or agrees to receive any promotional benefits offered by the Campaign, it is deemed that Customer has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
1. Campaign name: “Happy March 2023 with K PLUS VIETNAM” (“Campaign”).
2. Promotion goods or services: K PLUS Online Account is opened by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH (“Bank”).
3. Applicable area: Nationwide.
4. Promotion period: from 1 March 2023 to end of 31 March 2023 (both days inclusive). The Campaign may end earlier if the total budget is exhausted.
5. Goods and services used for promotion: Cash reward credited into customer’s K PLUS Online account.
6. Total value of goods and services used for promotion: Maximum VND 4,000,000,000 (In words: Four billion Vietnam Dong.)
7. Eligible Customer: To receive cash reward credited into K PLUS Vietnam, new customer who downloads K PLUS Vietnam Application and opens K PLUS Online Account successfully by input referral code “KM2023” or referrer’s mobile phone number or other eligible referral codes during the campaign period. (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Customer” or “Customer").
8. Promotion details:
• Eligible Customers are who successfully open K PLUS Online account to receive;
o Standard cash reward value at VND 70,000 credited into customer’s K PLUS Online account after opening K PLUS Online account successfully and input referral code while registering K PLUS Vietnam such as KM2023, Code start with Code start with THX….., TR….., KCA….., KCB….., referrer’s phone number, and any eligible referral code generated by KBank Vietnam.
o Special cash reward value at VND 90,000 (if the customer have the last 2 digits of birth year from 77 to 99 and 00 e.g. year 2000, year 1989, year 1978) credited into customer’s K PLUS Online account after opening K PLUS Online account successfully and input referral code while registering K PLUS Vietnam such as KM2023, Code start with Code start with THX….., TR….., KCA….., KCB….., referrer’s phone number, and any eligible referral code generated by KBank Vietnam.
• Reward delivery: Cash reward will be transferred into customer’s K PLUS Online account of Eligible Customer who perform per campaign terms & conditions.
• Reward timeline:
o Standard Cash reward will be transferred into K PLUS Online account of eligible Customer within 5-15 working days after successfully open K PLUS Online Account via this campaign.
9. General Terms and Conditions:
• Each Eligible Customer can only receive maximum 1 (one) time reward at value 70,000 VND or 90,000 VND after successfully open K PLUS Online Account and meet the requirement of required number of transactions per campaign conditions.
• Customer will be excluded from the reward if he/she closes the K PLUS Online Account before rewarding date.
• The Campaign’s contents will be announced in the media of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH and KOLs (in any).
• For queries related to the Campaign, Customers should contact to Contact Center of KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH for further assistance, please call (84) 28 3821 8888.
• All decisions made by KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH in relation to the Campaign, including the results of the Customer receiving promotions during this Campaign are official and final.
• KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH is responsible for the accuracy of the issuance of proof of the outcome of the Reward being given to the Customer.
• KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may at its own discretion refuse giving or withdraw the Reward to any Customer who has provided information which is illicit, unclear, or incomplete, or has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.
• KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may contact Customer via phone number/ email registered with KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH for further information/ clarification or additional documents, if necessary.
• Customer agrees that KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may use his or her personal image and information for advertising, promotion within and after the end of the Campaign without any further consent from the Customer.
• In case of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Campaign, the Bank and Customer shall cooperate to find an amicable resolution. If the parties fail to reach such resolution, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with laws of Vietnam.
• The Terms and Conditions governing account and banking service are applicable in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
• KASIKORNBANK PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED – HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such amendments (if any) shall be notified or registered as required by applicable laws prior to implementation.
• The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign is made in English and Vietnamese. In case of any discrepancy/ inconsistency between English and Vietnamese, the Vietnamese version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy/inconsistency.
